"A little tiny piece of trimming up there’ is called crown molding. However. if you border the base and sides with a simple flat base molding or similar, you can run a strip across the top and have a nice straight line all around.
Black cabinets would look great
You’re funny. I kind of expected details about how you actually gut the wood, for instance, since you said you would be showing details other accent wall videos hadn’t shown. Would have been nice. Other videos used shrink free spackle on the nail holes and joints for a finished look for anyone wondering about that detail. Looks great though. Its awesome you did it yourself.👍

Green kitchen cabinets.. Go for something not common..
Black lacquer spray paint for the cabinets. Way easier and would be stunning. With gold drawer pulls and handles
Also to fix the edges, get one of those gadgets from Home Depot, it’s like a pad with rollers that just slide across. Don’t soak it with paint or it will come out on the sides. But it will work greats

The color is amazing, but girl I liked the wood style without the green color. You should have left the wood without the paint. I really liked the color. I m gonna get the same color for painting.

PAINT THE STRIPS BEFORE adhering them to the wall!
You can purchase a nail gun from Harbor Freight for the price of a couple of rentals and, if you treat it nicely it will last for decades of home use – or, sell it as Barely Used on eBay of Craigslist.
Remove the vent. Paint the wall. Paint the vent off the wall, then re-install. Same with the duplex outlet. Unscrew it and pull it clear of the wall, tape it. Paint the wall, then re-install. If you can find a ‘for plastics’ spray paint that comes close to your wall color, you can spray paint the outlet – several light coats – and the outlet cover. Do not use Latex Paint and a roller!
It would be nice if the wood was painted an accent colour, like white maybe
