Just some tips for anyone watching this.
    1. Remember to remove all old caulking
    2. With a lot sand paper. Sand very lightly your whole sink.
    3. Make sure and remove any dust from sanding
    4. Lay your plastic down.
    5. Hold can around 8-10 inches away
I did all this then replace all the caulking, and bathroom sink still looks good 8 months later. Also don’t use any harsh cleaners to clean sink.
Good luck and don’t be afraid, just do it..

Why didn’t you spray then add the faucet?

  3. amanda ritter on July 14, 2023 at 3:44 pm

I think if you painted the tile like a greyish color it would be beautiful but it looks so good!! You go girl! I can’t WAIT to do mine!! You’ve inspired me ☺️

  4. Mariah Caye on July 14, 2023 at 3:45 pm

Do you have an update video?

  5. Billy Strong on July 14, 2023 at 3:45 pm

  6. Cassandra Mcewen on July 14, 2023 at 3:46 pm

    So cool

  7. Martha Rodriguez on July 14, 2023 at 3:49 pm

Beautifully done! What kind of spray did you use for the sink??

  8. Kelly R on July 14, 2023 at 3:54 pm

I wish I could spray paint my sink…& Tub/ shower. They are that old ugly almond color! 😝. But w/ o a window to open in there, I don’t know. Beside, I don’t think my landlord would let me. Unfortunately, he’s also the handyman, so he would definitely see it if he had to come fix anything.

  9. Tracy Eakins on July 14, 2023 at 3:55 pm

U did a amazing job. I think we have the same bathroom set up…lol

  10. Brian Drinks on July 14, 2023 at 3:57 pm

Why didn’t you just spray before putting the faucet on??

  11. keylaira smith on July 14, 2023 at 3:58 pm

How did you install the new faucet? I want to do that but am so intimidated by it. Thanks! Your bathroom looks great too! 👍🏾👍🏾😄

  14. L A on July 14, 2023 at 3:59 pm

Great job! When I saw you were gonna install your own faucet.🎉🎉. I stayed for duration!! I am so impressed and inspired!! Our rental here outside Phila has some outdated bathrooms…ugh.😩 I mean like vanity door leaning..😂

  15. Andrea Green on July 14, 2023 at 4:01 pm

That faucet looks like the squirrel from ice age lol

  16. Anita Hughes on July 14, 2023 at 4:02 pm

Nice job. Just a tip, when I work with spray paint, even when I do it outside, I wear a N95 mask. The only thing I want in my lungs is clean air. Be blessed.

  17. SunflowerGoddess🌟 on July 14, 2023 at 4:03 pm

    Definitely inspired 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

  18. Annette Garcia on July 14, 2023 at 4:04 pm

Absolutely Beautiful Thanks for sharing much love and Blessings to you and your family 🙏❤️

  19. Shamilette Sanchez on July 14, 2023 at 4:06 pm

Is spraying the sink renter friendly ? I wonder if I will get in trouble for painting my sink that’s sorta beige to white 🥺

  20. Lisa Kandu on July 14, 2023 at 4:06 pm

You did the best job I have seen covering the inset part of the cabinet top. Usually people just cover the inset piece with poster board to make it flat then cover it with contact paper. Just a question though, if you were allowed to paint the sink wouldn’t your landlord allow you to paint the cabinet as well? This looks so much better! Great job!

  21. Nene on July 14, 2023 at 4:06 pm

Did you change the faucet out by yourself did it require just a couple of bolts. And that is amazing I’m going to try the cabinet thing you did. Beautiful ❤️

  22. deltagrl4sho on July 14, 2023 at 4:07 pm

It’s also to ask your MAINTENANCE staff if they have some upgrades laying around that they’re not using. Dave me time they had no issue giving me a few handles, outlet covers, towel racks. Sink fixtures

  23. Ciarra bland on July 14, 2023 at 4:07 pm

Okay boo ummmmm ima say ur BOLDDDD to do black but ummmm I’m loving this style so much I just moved into a 3bd 2b and the kitchen remodel u did I definitely stepped out my comfort zone and tried the black with my white appliances I have girlllllll THANK YOUUUU I love it and what paper are u using for the black theme ?

  24. Earth Mama on July 14, 2023 at 4:07 pm

I’m looking for budget updates in preparations to sell our home and your color scheme has given me ideas as well as painting the sink as well! Thank you!

  25. Allison Ashley on July 14, 2023 at 4:08 pm

  27. AIC Corp on July 14, 2023 at 4:11 pm

Looks great..what do you do as far as the line between these pop tiles and the flooring outside of the bathroom? Is there some form of trim etc for separation.

I haven’t watched the whole video. So I maybe a bit premature. But why not paint before you put the faucet in! Was there a reason?

  30. Fabiola Michel on July 14, 2023 at 4:12 pm

I love it, I’m gonna do my small bathroom just like yours. Thank you for sharing.

  35. Caramel d'amour on July 14, 2023 at 4:19 pm

This is beautiful, I wonder if the landlord didn’t just tell you to leave it as you moved out☺️

  36. cece unity on July 14, 2023 at 4:20 pm

    You did that!

  37. Mofan4ever on July 14, 2023 at 4:20 pm

I would have spray painted first, let it dry and then installed nee faucet.

  38. Realmamadawn on July 14, 2023 at 4:20 pm

Definitely going to try this is one of my rentals soon. Thank you for the inspiration.

  39. Mokakes on July 14, 2023 at 4:21 pm

  44. Jaloney Norwood on July 14, 2023 at 4:28 pm

Turn out fabulous 😊❤ I would have painted the walls also. The white is so vibrant , contrasting against the tile color. 😊

  45. Royal Eyes Tarot on July 14, 2023 at 4:28 pm

You should use news paper and painters tape instead of plastic drop cloth that way the news paper could be like a shield when u spray paint and you don’t have to plastic drop cloth everything.

  46. Alone in the dark on July 14, 2023 at 4:34 pm

    The spry idea was smart.

  47. Kade Diakite on July 14, 2023 at 4:35 pm

How do you take this off when you have to move out?

  48. Saharah Stepteau on July 14, 2023 at 4:36 pm

Great job! I never knew I could spray paint my sink counter because mine looks similar & I’m hating how dingy it looks now.

  49. Demi Post Things on July 14, 2023 at 4:36 pm

Cute, I personally would’ve made the backslash white but I love this Black look you go for.
