DIY Entryway Décor | Makeover and Decorating Ideas

I’m sharing diy entryway décor along with a full before and after entryway makeover and decorating ideas. This video includes easy ideas for decorating an entryway using diy and décor on a budget.

Video notes
1. Wall paint color – Basswood by Behr

2. Diy Framed shelf details:
Use 1×2 boards cut to desired length (mine were 14 inches and 8 inches to make 11 inch wide by 14 inch long frame)
For shelf cut 1×4 board to same length as the short frame piece
To assemble, I used pocket holes but this can be done using screws on the outside of the frame
Use flat corner braces to attach the shelf at the desired height
Paint/stain as desired
