    I may have missed it but I would totally recommend sealing the benchtop with polyurethane as the stain might come off on the pillows or clothes or skin

    Right on. We have to work from home. I was so unprepared. It will have to be in my room. This is not my house and i am at the dining table since March. My room is antique furniture, but wall to wall. If you inspire me. I have one corner that was going to be my book nook with a cozy chair. Or it will have to be at the foot of my bed.
