Chad and Leanna knew they wanted to live life on the road, they just weren’t exactly sure how when they started. They moved into an RV, gutted and renovated it, but realized once they got on the road that it was just too big. So, rather than throwing in the towel, they sold their RV and went smaller, much smaller. They jumped into van-life and are loving the simplicity and the ability to bounce around. They have a gorgeous garage with everything you would need to get a good workout in and even included a shower and rooftop deck in their build. Enjoy!

I don’t understand what you guys do if you need to take a dump if you can’t use the portapottie?
Or are you only living on arranged campsites with facilities close by?
I mean moving the entire van bc nature calls or needing to ”schedule” your no 2’s for 2 ppl would be a hassel, no?

"…it’s kind of a mystery." Well, not until you find his tuxedo that converts into a sniper’s blackout suit and the cummerbund with the abseiling rope concealed in it. Practical, dual-purpose stuff. Just be careful of the toothpaste, the alarm clock and the polaroid camera.

Only thing I saw that I wasn’t a fan of, was how thin their mattress pad was & maybe a composting toilet so you could be off grid more. But overall I love it. Especially the kitchen. So cute. Great job guys!

I would recommend moving the fire extinguisher to a place that it is immediately accessible at all times. Other than that, good job converting this van. I like it!

Nice see the bathroom at the back of the van rather then the minute you walk in. Very nice build, nice homey touches. Live the rooftop deck and great to hear you went with solar/lithium! Leanna you are so pretty you should make a more conscious effort to speak into the camera. Rather then telling that good looking guy next to you what he already knows tell us. That way your pretty smile makes people feel like you really are enjoying yourself. “Say cheese!” Spoiled pupper! She’s a sweetheart!
*When square footage is tight, it helps if statement pieces are both charming **BestTiny.House** and useful. An old wood-burning stove brings a vintage vibe to new construction and also heats the entire place.*

When I think of the tiny little caravan my parents used to take us all on holiday with….no mod cons. All we had was flasks and lived on fish and chips from the chip shop! Bottles of lemonade and went behind a tree for the toilet! But we kids loved it. How things have changed.
Why such a big faucet? All the RV’s I saw have big faucets. It’s not harmonious.

Everyone has great showers, refrig, cabinets. Etc. On solar power. I live in Florida and I need to know (on a budget) if, I am better buying a van with everything done or should I have it built; and where in Florida in Palm Beach county. Ty
