Your home office makeover has transformed the room into a space where it will be a joy, not a chore, to work! Just a reminder that, in about 6 months time, it will also be a place where a little girl might be crawling around exploring at floor level. The box for electrical cords is a great idea!!

Bicycle hooks mounted on the wall work well for storing tripods. Saw it in another office makeover.
Spaghetti Junction , as you may know , is an absolutely nightmare motorway junction near to Birmingham UK . Viewed from the air it looks like a heap of spaghetti. It amused me to hear you use the expression in Denmark; it’s notoriety has obviously traveled.
I actually like the black carpet 🙂 I think it gives a more office vibe to the room without making it too gloomy at all. Love the end result.

When you get a crosstrainer you can just move your keyboard against the window 🤷🏻♀️ (leaving the remaining workout gear in the corner) that way the closet will hide your crosstrainer too 😊

If you have a blow dryer you can use it to heat up the sticker and it should be easier to remove it.

This is one of my favorite home office makeover videos! It has practical ideas that anyone could use, and you really transformed your space while using mostly what you already had. It looks like a real space that someone would actually work in, but it’s also clean and streamlined. I know you are on maternity leave so you might not be following comments, but I had to let you know how much I liked this video. I have a home office/music studio and I need to declutter and organize. I want shelving. I have a computer and Cello and clarinet (I want to add a violin) as I am teaching a loved one to play the clarinet (who knew I would be asked to do this?). I work outside the home but my side hustle is paralegal so I need a nice office. I am in a small space above the stairs in an old 1800’s house (Greek Revival). It is limited in electrical outlets and has no closets.

For those stickers that seem to be painted onto surfaces, use olive oil, or makeup wipes or “goo gone”. I guess you moved again! And you are having a baby!! Congratulations!
Looks great but I personally would add some nice curtains with some color to make it a bit more cozy! But very well done, great office 🙂

Signe you might have worked this out but a simple oil like teatree or eucalyptus oil removes any sticker straight away!! XX

Oooh!!! I have that shelf for my art studio! It’s brilliant 😊 keep all my paints and pads and sewing shizzle on it 🙂 super colourful . Your office looks great! Wd40 is good for removing stickers (someone else mentioned using an oil it really works – the fine oil for lubing creaky hinges 🙂 )

I’m not a fan of black carpet either, but I Love how you transformed the space and actually made the black carpet look like a positive instead of a negative. I loved how you put a mirror on the closet door to make the room feel bigger. I also loved how you mixed the modern look with the warm accents of straw and wood (my fav design style) and I love the way you accented the ceiling with a black rim crown molding maybe? Ugh it’s all so beautiful I love it all lol 😅🥰😍

Try Eucalyptus oil to remove sticky residue, if you haven’t before 🙂
I’ve found the easiest way to remove stickers is to use a hairdryer to warm the glue and then the sticker peels easily away x
Also, for stickers, you can use WD—40. Works like a charm!! Cannot wait for the arrival of the baby. Many blessings to you all 💛
