EASY CAMPFIRE NACHOS – How To Make Nachos In Cast Iron Skillet: Camping Nachos Recipe

Cast Iron Skillet Nachos:
1lb ground beef browed with taco seasoning added
1 Red Pepper cubed in 1×1″ pieces
1 Orange Pepper cubed in 1×1″ pieces
1-2 Jalapenos Sliced
1 Onion chopped
Nachoes
Sweet Chili Sauce
Shredded Cheese
Salsa
Sour Cream
DIRECTIONS: Brown the ground beef in the cast iron skillet and add taco seasoning, cook fully and set aside. Add red peppers, orange peppers, jalapenos peppers and onions to a second cast iron skilled. Sautee for five minutes and remove from heat. Add vegetable mixture to ground beef. Use now empty cast iron skilled and fill with nachos. Drizzle nachos with sweet chilli sauce and shredded cheese. Add beef and vegetable topping. Add more shredded cheese and salsa. Top with sour cream as desired. Enjoy!
