  5. Melissa la guera mitotera Hernandez on July 8, 2021 at 2:50 am

I was wondering if I could stick it on carpet in a rental ? I have kids so I definitely don’t want to stain the rental carpet

  6. Stormy 71 on July 8, 2021 at 2:52 am

I am installing these by myself in my basement den. I’ve watched about 10 videos. Everyone I watch I get at least one new helpful tip/trick. Looks great! Thanks

    Amazing transformation!
May I ask, do you think these faux wood planks would work to cover wire shelving, to make it look like wood shelving? I was thinking of adhering it to poster board or foam board, and placing it on top of the wire shelves. Thanks!

Your kitchen looks like a cafe! I’m in love. ❤️

Can anyone tell me if the peel and stick vinyl flooring really works? I’m a renter and would love to adjust my apartment. But I’m seeing some persons saying that it works and some say it doesn’t work

Thanks for posting this! I am about to install the same floors in a week and this really taught me so much. How are they holding up?

  16. Meg Cat on July 8, 2021 at 3:04 am

I just want to give an update and a tip! It’s been a few months and the tiles still look awesome! I get a lot of questions about if I can see the grout lines from the tile sinking in, and the answer to that is no – at least not yet! Hopefully I won’t run into that, but a subscriber recommended to fill the grout lines with floor patch or caulking before laying down to prevent that in the future. If this is a long term solution and you don’t want to replace in a few years I would definitely take that step first! Hope that helps 🙂

  17. DDm on July 8, 2021 at 3:04 am

That’s a great job. Just a question – would you have filled the grout lines first if doing again? As in is there a chance that the grout line impressions /grid will start to show through?

  18. wilfred witzke on July 8, 2021 at 3:05 am

    nice

  19. Noruu Aya on July 8, 2021 at 3:08 am

May i know how thicker the vinyl? 2mm or 3mm?

  20. samuel stanley on July 8, 2021 at 3:11 am

How is it holding up over the tile?

  21. DDm on July 8, 2021 at 3:11 am

Hi, Did you gain much floor height from one room to the next?

  22. Ryan Martin on July 8, 2021 at 3:11 am

About to buy my first house. You did a fantastic job. Plenty of tips learned. Thanks!!

    This home is a blessing.just beautiful 🤩

  27. April Showers on July 8, 2021 at 3:18 am

I FEEL your frustration. Our house also had lazy people living here before us. Crappy diy jobs throughout the whole house 🙁

  28. Frosty on July 8, 2021 at 3:19 am

if you have carpet should you take it out

  29. justme on July 8, 2021 at 3:19 am

    how many mm is that?

  30. Patrick on July 8, 2021 at 3:19 am

The flooring will start to sag were the grout is. Tile should be removed before the flooring goes down

  31. AJ on July 8, 2021 at 3:20 am

    Did you see the dog?

  32. Chris Liu on July 8, 2021 at 3:20 am

Holly crap. I think you just saved me few thousand

  33. Roger Holzem on July 8, 2021 at 3:20 am

Major improvement! I have tile I wanted to cover in my kitchen feeling better about that now. Your video was a huge help.

  34. Ferndogg on July 8, 2021 at 3:21 am

Wow looks really nice, I’m gonna do this too but can’t decide if I’m putting the longer side of vynol facing entrance of kitchen, cause I see lots of tubers doing that, me myself it looks better putting the longer side of vynol from side to side of kitchen, BTW great job

  35. L F on July 8, 2021 at 3:23 am

Can I ask how durable this product is and being laid straight over tiles, do the grout indentations end up showing through?

  36. King Mango on July 8, 2021 at 3:23 am

How many boxes did you use?

  37. genghisconnie on July 8, 2021 at 3:25 am

This looks fabulous – and thanks for adding the update. I’m weighing my options with nice, but boring faux marble tiles.

  38. CarlaDNews4U on July 8, 2021 at 3:25 am

OMFG this looks like my hardwood flooring that cost me thousands like I made mistake i should have bought this instead !

  39. Madonna Hagedorn on July 8, 2021 at 3:26 am

Peel and stick looks good for a while until it pits and the finish wears down. We have that and I don’t recommend it. Cheap flooring is exactly what it is.

  40. Diego Suárez Balleza on July 8, 2021 at 3:27 am

Terrazzo is beautiful. I hope someone unearths it one day. Meanwhile this a very good fix 👌🏽

  41. Ashley Huskey on July 8, 2021 at 3:27 am

How many boxes did u have to use?

  42. M on July 8, 2021 at 3:28 am

Thank you. This is def an option instead of refinishing wood floors in a rental.

  43. D D on July 8, 2021 at 3:28 am

finally someone who actually explained this in an easy to understand way. Thank you so much for this video! really appreciate it.

  44. Rizzlemerizzoli on July 8, 2021 at 3:28 am

You did a fantastic job. I’m moving into a much smaller place than I have currently so I’m very thankful it’s gonna be about a quarter of the work that you put into here lol. But if it looks like this, I’m gonna be elated! Must feel great having had done this project yourself, well done. I’m excited for mine!

  45. Jan Beltre on July 8, 2021 at 3:29 am

are these removable? in case i want to peel them off

  46. johnsn10 on July 8, 2021 at 3:31 am

You have every other rows seams lined up,not the best look but great job for a beginner

  47. Ariel Cummings on July 8, 2021 at 3:32 am

Peal and stick fours are so great and you cant ever tell..if you do it right! Currently in the process of changing all of my bedroom floors because their carpet and I have basically a zoo and I think it’s gross and literally three pretty large bedrooms only cost me $81 because I caught a sale on the floors that I wanted at Lowe’s! So easy! To anyone reading the comments trying to decide if you should do it..do it!!

  48. Rachel on July 8, 2021 at 3:33 am

You have no idea why they did it that way so calling them "lazy" is pretty lame.

  49. Alyssa Victoria on July 8, 2021 at 3:37 am

How easy is it to remove?

  50. Olivia C.S. on July 8, 2021 at 3:42 am

Ahh! It looks so good! Can’t wait to do my floors! 👏🏽
