Drew i just had to say my son is 13 and you are his guru. Lol we are moving to Nevada in july from Chicago and i am recreating your bedroom for him. Its grown up and still fun. Love the coat rack, if you cant build a big enough closet, these are so much better, because small closets waste room by just the studs and drywall. You can get a zipper cover for the whole rack of coats. Love the sink outside the bathroom. Someone can still use the sink if someone is in the bathroom.
