Have you ever had issues with spider mites on ivys? I’m trying hard to keep my first plant alive 🙁 If so, what do I do to treat this issue and prevent it
From the very first shot.. my mind saw the potting bench on the left wall , just like you put it. I have a potting bench in my back garden and a visual I love … is a iron wire basket filled with various size terra cotta pots. I even get the tiny ones at the Dollar Tree . Then age them with paint and stain and moss. And put the basket on the bottom shelf of the bench next to that gorgeous black watering can.
The porch is so beautiful!! Very inviting!! I want to come sit on the rocker! 😀💖

So nice and cozy! What a nice spot to chill and watch the kids play. I think a vintage picnic basket or something similar would be a great holder for your potting soil bag.
Love your home and front porch! Love all the land and that you have privacy and no neighbors next door! I have trees behind me but neighbors on both sides. One I’m struggling with at the moment so I envy you right now. Lol

This makes me want to get my flowers going so bad! I have to hold off though. Here, in Ohio, we can still get a frost up until the end of May. I don’t want to do all that work and then have frost kill it all. Everything looks so pretty! You do a great job!

I am surprised you are starting to plant flowers being so far up North. Is the overnight weather warm enough already? Down here in Houston we have been planting for the past month, but when I lived in Philadelphia and Chicago we never planted before Mothers Day. Usually end of May to be on the safe side.

Love your porch,I want to put new plants out but here in the top of Texas it could freeze or snow up until May,it is still getting down to freezing at night now,it is also so windy here it tears up alot of outdoor decor.
