Biggest downfall of a condo:
1. you only own the airspace inside. The hoa owns everything else. (All outside of the building and land)
2. Hoa dues are very high since the hoa owns and maintains buildings/land. Dues always go up and in CA can go up 20% without a membership vote yearly. (Also depends on number of owners you have. The more you have the more people to divide the expense with.)
Biggest pro:
1. First time home buyers who cannot afford a single family home
2. Hoa owns all outside of building so if something fails (roof etc) the hoa covers it and it’s not out of your pocket.

Good design, but the speaker spoke very fast to understand a single word and it has nothing to do with passion. If she is a designer then making up a house is her job.

I really really love your work and admire the thought you are putting into it. I have to ask, how is it possible for a house to be so neat and tidy after you have done working on the renos, while the family or kids have already settled in? Do you offer cleaning service before shooting? Or the owners do not live there yet until you film the changes? I have seen so many films of yours, congrats on the showings!!!
