No mention of the Buddy Holly centre, joyland or any other cool things I’ve seen of Lubbock. I’ve never been to Lubbock, I’d love to visit sometime, but this vlog doesn’t seem to do it justice, just two sheilas videoing crap. If I was to make a vlog of Melbourne (Australia) I would film The MCG (Melbourne cricket ground), westgate bridge, the old Melbourne Gaol, the shrine of Remembrance, instead of arenas that appear to have nothing.

There is so much about Lubbock that you will never know. I lived there from 1980 to 1986. I have seen a lot of places come and go. How many of your fans remember THE NEW WEST? It was the hottest nightclub in Lubbock at the time. The Skate Away skating rink. Fat Dogs club. Roxies. Cruising Maxi Lake.

Hey would you like to teach an old man how to make videos the way you do? here is an idea for more videos for you get a map make a circle of about sixty or seventy miles around you and go to your smaller towns and give a brief history lesson. You have a lot of almost ghost towns around you and people like that. And also to some of the lakes around you. If you will contact rosas and some of the other restaurants they might pay you a commission to be on your site.

its been a while sense i lived in Lubbock. there was a cafe on the top floor of the Great Plains life building. one could see all of Lubbock and Abernathy. I also remember Dust storms that blacked out the skys. one great hangout was the Hi d ho drive ins.
