I would not get a vinyl tile that has to be grouted. It will eventually have to be cleaned because grout gets dirty, and it may fall apart trhu usage. heck w/ having to grout. But it already w/ the grout look, and fagetaboutit.
This video was very helpful. Thank you!
Is to easy to clean
I didn’t understand the difference between hard wood and laminate?

I was kind of surprised you didn’t mention a little more when speaking on laminate flooring. My main complaint is the generic texture pattern that doesn’t match the wood grain and personally believe it’s worth the extra money to purchase a style that has a matching texture. You also didn’t mention thickness and which you should pick.
Thanks Home Depot!
With pets/accidents….we’re saying bye bye to carpet 😉
I chose laminate hardwood flooring, but we have to use a saw to make the flooring fit into our room.
I prefer solid hardwood, engineered hardwood over carpet. ReallyCheapFloors.com https://www.reallycheapfloors.com/blog/hardwood-floors-better-investment-than-carpets/
