Interesting video. I like the medium tone color flooring to bring warmth. I disagree with the implied message that grays are still in. Your video seems to imply to choose gray decor or paints which is statistically the absolute OPPOSITE. Yes, the consumer will still buy decor with gray, like chrome, silver, stainless steel, and gray touches on pieces. The "Grays, Greys or Greiges" took a nose dive years ago. GRAYS are the discounted color now and the most likely found on the mistakes shelf at HomeDepot for pennies on the dollar. Gray furniture is 70% off in Tuesday Mornings Stores, Ross Discount, and yard sales. People can get grey & white tiles and flooring daily at 70% off boxes. Gray and white WILL DEPRECIATE YOUR HOME VALUE!!! Home buyers are requesting not to see any gray homes. You can find the same gray and white themes in mobile home trailers 10 years ago, tiny homes, and in dwellings that are mass produced at the lowest cost possible — which makes people feel it is cheap and the color is depressing. DONT waste your money and work hours with "Construction Grays" or "2000 Grays", we are almost in 2020. 5+ years ago Benjamin Moore, Behr, Sherwin-Williams, Valspar, and Dunn-Edwards Paints all touted dozens of trending grays on their best sellers list for the year (google it). Now they only have a few paints (google their trending colors for 2019). Behr I think had two and one is pink. Sherwin has one grey that is more of a ceiling white. They have all been dumping their grays because people are not buying them. Hence the word best sellers. Now look up there trending colors again grays have taken a nose dive and for a couple of years! BOTTOMLINE Please don’t buy into gray unless you can re-dye, re-stain, or re-paint it!
