a solid dark brown is a good color. i thinked about this myself alot. patterns are to distracting and feel restless. dark brown is warm and gives you some sence of being grounded, you can blend the wall behind the monitors almost complete out. this also matches most desk colors. then the wall and desk blends total nice. + led light dont get so much refelcted back from the wall. just my few cents. i also read a lot of studys regarding this. most stupid thing is paint your office red or yellow. like some companys, this way you create serial killer. last 10 years studys found out never use agressive colors becasue it dont have the effect that you work more or faster. (sry for bad eng)
