Home Tour | Singapore 3-Room HDB (700 square feet Apartment)

Our new 3-Room HDB resale home tour video! We moved into our 700 square feet apartment earlier this year, and we’ll bring you through a tour of our entire home.

When designing the space, we were mindful to design our home to be able to grow, adapt and evolve with us, and to keep up with our needs in the future.

Happy holidays to everyone and we hope you enjoy this video!

JAC + BEN

Ps: We have almost no knowledge of video editing and we filmed with iPhone 11; hence the not-so-great quality and partly grainy video. So please bear with us and we’ll do better next time 🙂

Quite nice siah your place. Your living room floor is cemented screed?

  6. Raymond Koh on January 25, 2022 at 3:09 pm

Hi! The flooring is not carpet right? Looks like it. And how much would this reno cost if it’s for a BTO empty flat?

  7. Pang Daniel on January 25, 2022 at 3:11 pm

See you even have a large size bathtub, recommend to install a HOUSE UNIT HD-12 at main pipe after water meter to structure the hard tap water into Soft energized water like a mountain spring in your own home. It also prevent the hard minerials issue from tap water over time for easy maintenance of hardwares like taps, shower heads, wc, water heater etc.

See my posting on carou-sell "HOUSE UNIT HD-12 for HDB flats". Thanks.

Hi wondering how much it cost to do such a flooring and what is the pros and cons for having this type of cement flooring. Is it a cost saving as compared with tiling? Thank you 🙂

Is cement screed flooring more expensive than tiles? I’m planning for industrial look as well but not sure which is more economical, cemented screed or tiles with industrial feel.
