I had over 9,000 points at Hertz while being a ‘Presidential’ member…. These bastards threw away my points when I didn’t rent for a year!
Almost $10,000 worth of points down the toilet because of some bs fine print….
Excellent information and superb video!
Thank you so much. This really helps me a lot
im 24 years old and need a car to go to my job interviews and work for at least 3 weeks but i dont have no paycheck stub im so stressed out i dont know what to do i only have 800 dollars cash and my bank closed my accounts im at rock bottom what to do
I ordered a car from dollar for 500$ from economyBookings I’m 21 are there any hidden fees please get back to me😅
Can you make that ding a little louder?!? Geez.
Looking at renting a car and I have been given several options. The cheapest one is for Goldcar (which I learned from your video would be a bad option!) vs $20 more for Budget. Do you give a listing on another video of best/worst rated companies, so when given a choice between paying $20 more for a better rated company vs taking the cheaper lousy rated company your viewers will have an idea of which way to go? – Thank you!
Zipcar used to be $5 when I first signed up it was great now it’s triple price. If you sign up as a student it’s a little cheaper but it’s rarely available
I want to rent a car and drive from St Louis to New Mexico can you show me the cheapest way to do that
why is it if you search these sites from Australia it’s like 3 times more expensive hehe.
I like this guy
Thanks for the video. Please could you clarify on insurance & why all rental cars in europe now demand a £900 deposit on your card even if you purchased insurance online at the time of your booking. Cheers
Thanks for your reply but I didn’t want it for a few weeks yet!
Thanks for a very informative video. I am planning to rent a car for my forthcoming trip to Norway. If you can, please provide names of reliable rental car companies in Norway that are fair in their dealing.
9:00 .
Can you really get rental cars for $10?
Great article but why are car hire prices in DR between $35 and $50??
🤣🤣🤣🤣 ❤️ love that self esteem comment.
I’m only getting €53 per day and that’s on the smallest car possible
Do you need car insurance to rent a car? I don’t have it but I want to rent a car in the UK
What was the condition on the car that you got from Economy booking, was it new? Great video by the way thanks for sharing
Excellent information! You’ve done your legwork that’s for sure!
In Orlando they simply won’t rent to u if u don’t buy extra insurances …since covid. I went to 4 rental places this week
Rented economy bookings. They double charged me. This. Is true. Face
Still check your ratings on theses complaints on these companies. ,! Terrible headache.
Thanks for Sharing
This doesn’t take into account the cost of getting to the airport if you don’t have a car.
Outstanding honesty ,
Maybe don’t rent from Hertz. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xoDcj-GFn4
Thank you so much for this information. I will never book a rental car with Gold nor Rhodium.
You are awesome. Thank you for the useful information. I definitely took notes, lol…
Wow, you just saved me $200!!! Thanks for the tips!
This video is very helpful thank you
Great Video 😀 helped me a lot with my reservations and to be honest i didnt had so bad expierience so far with car rental company even tho Im ready for future -thanks to You really appreciate this 😀
They is also a mandatory insurance that they have to put and it is like $7-11 per day.
$10 per day. You have to be kidding. I can’t find a car for less than like $60 per day
Would be great if he updated the video. I tried all his tricks and could not get better than $20 USD/day. I still like using the sites he suggested, but there are some things he didn’t cover in terms of tricks they use. Some of the best deals were for electric vehicles…Since I am not familiar with Europe, there is no way for me to know how easy it is to charge where I am traveling, and how much that would cost me compared to diesel or petrol. Another trick the sites tried was giving me a great deal on a van!!! I don’t want a van that I will not be able to park because it is unwieldy, not to mention how much more I would pay for petrol! However, if I wanted a mini or compact it was going to be double the price. – Anyone out there know if there is a more current video on this topic? – Thank you!
Is it there such a thing as "LOSS OF PROFIT / LOSS OF USE" COVERAGE for which you’ll have to pay EXTRA to be 100% covered ??? > for example: the car you are renting gets damaged in a accident and needs to be sent to a REPAIR SHOP. The RENTAL COMPANY then, if you did’nt pay for the extra coverage, can charge you a " LOSS OF PROFIT / LOSS OF USE" fee for the TIME [ DAYS / WEEKS ] the car can not be used by another client ?????
Thank you Jerry this is very helpful
That’s worth a like and subscribe.
Great video, but what am I doing wrong? I cannot find any car in Paris for under $61/day. I have AAA, AARP, etc. and those sites you mentioned are not showing anything under that rate. Suggestions?
Stop renting cars at high rates. Never support gouging.
Dispatch navy maintenance department to buy governments auction cars and install black box then test anti collision technology and Raytheon tech and rent out to veteran and retired with Medicare the price should be average about 45-89 dollars plus insurance
thanks man that was such a great video !!!!! love it and believe me man !!! you are helping so many people thanks again
Peace.. Shalom.. Salam.. Namaste and Thank You for All that you are doing for World Peace.. 🙏🏻 😊 🌈 ✌ 🌷 ☮️ ❤️🕊
Thank you so much for this very informative video. I’m planning our first trip to Faro, Portugal and never rented a car in Europe before, the insurance part is very confusing. My capital one venture card says you have to decline the car rental company’s insurance in order to use what the card offers, which seems to be only CDW. On economybookings there is no option to decline the insurance so what is my option? Also, do you think someone who hasn’t driven manual in years can get used to it fast enough to manage the Algarve or should we go with the more expensive automatic? Lastly, it says they require an international drivers license but on other websites it says US license is sufficient, what’s you opinion on this? Would really appreciate your advise. Thank you so much in advance!
Great video. U earned a sub!
Absolutely fantastic video. I’ve experienced some of the same deceptive practices but your tips explain great ways to avoid or deal with them. Thanks
Amazing video 🙂 thanks so much!!!
Hello,I’m Not sure what’s going on with trying to rent a car on Azores next summer? It’s all small cars for over 1200$ for only like 14 days.I know it’s hard to get there. I understand. However I’ve been there in 2018 I didn’t pay more than 300,for almost 3 weeks .Thank you!!! It’s more than 500% now.I tried whole bunch of websites with not too much luck unfortunately.
So, I just checked both Skyscanner AND Economy Booking…and the difference was MASSIVE. Economy booking was about twice as much for the cheapest rental car as Skyscanner was..(and yes, U.S.A. was selected as my country of residence). Clearly nothing in this industry is EVER stable or dependable.
