I’m 51 – when I was 25 – there was no internet like we have it now and the fire movement and the freedom and knowledge that is available…..I never knew this was an option – retirement doesn’t mean you stop working – it means you do what you want and your living expenses are covered – I wish I could go back and make different choices like you have.
Dude you’re videos are very inspirational to watch I recently got a school bus that will be converted into a mobile home so I can do the same thing but minus city camping but still documenting my travels but you’re videos give me hope that one day soon I can start my journey with my new ship, my first two videos are already up on my channel and my bus is fully bought and paid for I saved my money to buy it outright with cash to I wouldn’t have to worry about payments and now I just need to save money for the build out.

Thanks for sharing your story! I’m in the same boat you were lol I have a government job, building my van. But I can’t hit the road full time until my son is moved out so I set up my loan to be paid off a year before he graduates and i’m getting a 30% raise next month so I’m keeping my budget the same and I am just going to stick the rest of that extra money I get into savings to keep me on the road longer!

Im about 75% of the way through my van build and i plan on trying to create a lifestyle like yours, Ryan.
