My 17′ x 11′ drawing room has an odd pillar position as foll:
(i) In length – 6’6" from one wall – 9" pillar – 9’9" to other wall
(ii) In width – 8′ from one wall – 21" pillar – 15" to other wall
Any possible design idea to hide it?

You should go for some other picture….flovers … trees…sun…baby… or a traditional painting…well if you like it … i like Ganpati also but not on shoe rack… else is superb…
