Неплохой дизайн. Было бы круто увидеть видео о Стимпанк, как это можно дешево и сердито сделать дома самомому.

Thanks for all the information! They’re very helpful. I live in New York and travel to London very often and I have always been a fan of the industrial design of many restaurants in London.

I have a question tho. You mentioned open floor plan is an important element. Is it possible to have an industrial modern look for a closed floor plan if open floor plan isn’t a possibility? Most apartments in Manhattan still have a closed floor plan, unlike those in DUMBO/Brooklyn Heights, which were converted from a warehouse.

good information. But please fix the autofocus issue of your camera. the camera is pumping all the time because of your hand movement. Try to set the autofocus eye tracked or in a video like that choose manual focus.

Love industrial elements but the lack of color makes for a very monotonous design scheme. For contrast I would recommend large colorful abstract paintings. Same for pillows, fabrics, draperies. The right color adds a lot of life and warmth to what is, ostensibly, a hard looking design. Overuse of black, for me, is simply off putting. Ditto for the overuse of the Edison lightbulb look. I also believe that the open plan kitchen is a trend that has seen its day. This is something that came about in the 1970’s and nobody ever questioning why it was a *thing*.

I’m building a modern industrial but I dont want grey floors. Can I pull off a wide plank french oak floor that neutral meaning not super gold but not a strong whitewash either? It’s a natural wood that is light.

Thanks, I take ten of those but I want a more unique space so I’ll keep thinking about my style.
I am not a minimalist and I don’t want to be too pared back and I guess that’s why people mix styles, this can be my 60%.
