Inside A $35,000 Dreamy Boho-Eclectic 4-Room HDB Home + Charming Open Shelving Kitchen
This week, we visit a 4-room sales of balance HDB home in Tampines. Home owners Marcus and Zoey had an enviable easy decision of choosing Tampines as it was in the middle of where both sides of their family lived. At a size of 990 square feet, it isn’t the biggest space, but it feels more spacious than you might think – partly because of a room being knocked down, but also because of that open plan kitchen. Those mediterranean-inspired backsplash tiles are a really cool choice as it gives the kitchen a bright and charming allure to it.
Along with that, the eclectic mix of furniture and as you can probably tell, their love for the different mix of plants really brings in a very cosy and warm vibe to the space. In the master bedroom, the first thing you’d notice is that rattan headboard – something unique that you really don’t see too often!

Marcus and Zoey’s house has a young vibe that is well captured by the interior design like the woodworks, the open kitchen, the plants, the accessories, etc. Everything is coherent and in great unity. A real home sweet home.
One best thing in this design is not a about the decoration , or the furniture , is a lot of natural light ! That make the area bright and also your mood , do u get it ?
