What do you all recommend cutting this plank with? The normal saws i use won’t cut through it. The titanium layer eats the blade and just smokes real bad

Nucore, Aqua Guard or Duralux? Which one should I choose? Which one is the best but not wallet breaking?

  3. Richard Wolfe on February 11, 2021 at 12:07 am

    DOES IT HAVE UV PROTECTION?????????????????????????????
    DOES IT OFF-GAS?
    CAN IT BE RESANDED?

  4. Rahul Travels on February 11, 2021 at 12:08 am

If its not glued on, its not 100% waterproof! Its also easy to remove a single plank in case of a glued on LVP!

Can anyone tell me what they used for end caps and transitions? Canโ€™t seem to find those on the floors and decor site

  6. B Donati on February 11, 2021 at 12:12 am

Hearing that this is a vinyl product and some customers have had issue with scratching/gouging vs a true laminate floor. Is this true and if not warrantied against scratches?

Can NuCore be installed on stairs? Do you secure it with glue?

  8. Sullyz World on February 11, 2021 at 12:13 am

I’ve installed in three houses so far. It’s very easy to install cuts good. Was awesome

  9. Sandra Namio on February 11, 2021 at 12:14 am

We were told by a salesperson at Floor & Decor that we can put this flooring on top of our floating laminate flooring. Is this true? We don’t need to pull up old laminate or tile?

  10. Carlos G on February 11, 2021 at 12:14 am

I would assume this flooring has to go over a very very level floor. In other words, any dips or bumps you would see very easily since this is thinner than a traditional laminate floor. Am I correct?

The music is too loud and tends to drown out the female speaker.

  14. jharmon203 on February 11, 2021 at 12:19 am

Is anyone else having a really difficult time getting the seams to mesh well? I have put plenty of other vinyl plank product together with no issue. I have tired this and the duralux and both product just do not seam well consistently on all sides.

Newly installed nucore corkback lvp with a vapor underlayment in my basement! Getting a squeaky sound and in some places it is bouncy. Any ideas how to fix it?

  24. Neo Matrix on February 11, 2021 at 12:30 am

How can I replace one tile that is damaged, without taking up multiple other surrounding tiles? I haven’t found a video for Nucore replacement, only laminate.

What is the heat rating on this product? Can we lay these planks up to a gas insert fireplace that is 2โ€ above the floor without a hearth?

  27. Andrew Lawrence on February 11, 2021 at 12:32 am

Where do I buy those knee pads for my girlfriend? I’m trying to teach her how to lay flooring, too.

  28. Tea Time on February 11, 2021 at 12:33 am

How do you clean these floors?? What type of products?

  29. JD Villamizar on February 11, 2021 at 12:34 am

Can I install this product directly on floor insulation (hard xps foam)? Or do I need to place plywood in between? Thank you

  30. Mario Cruz on February 11, 2021 at 12:35 am

I’m planning to purchase this NuCore flooring for most of my house and right now I have a couple of questions:

    1) As per the installation instructions of the NuCore flooring, the gap between the walls and the plank should be 1/2" but the video says is 1/4". Which one it is?

    2) What gap should be left between the plank and the tiles (t-molding will be installed between both)?

  31. Jennifer Bailey on February 11, 2021 at 12:35 am

I am installing this flooring in the kitchen and I’ve had mixed advice on if I should install this under my new kitchen. Is there anything I should know about installing this under cabinets? Any warning on weight limitations etc.

I never knew flooring was so simple I learned in 2:48

  33. Jaime Gonzalez on February 11, 2021 at 12:39 am

Does NuCore flooring need an underlaynment when installing over 3/4 plywood. House is crawl space no slab.

  34. Caleb Price on February 11, 2021 at 12:39 am

I have the same question as Jaime… I understand an underlayment is not required, but I am wondering if it would be beneficial to install an underlayment for sound deadening purposes.

  35. Sae on February 11, 2021 at 12:40 am

My subfloor is level within specs but still not flat to the ground…Iโ€™m hearing pops when I step over… any help?

  36. Jaime Gonzalez on February 11, 2021 at 12:40 am

Does hypoallergenic cork back provide moisture barrier since house is crawl space?

  37. Iodine74 on February 11, 2021 at 12:44 am

Installed about a month ago. Not happy with the performance. Lots of dents, even with furniture pads. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMQS9tCqPfo

  38. Kevin Bowler on February 11, 2021 at 12:44 am

I’m going to install this in a basement bathroom. How level does the floor need to be to avoid problems? And, if it’s not level enough do you have any suggestions to compensate?

  39. Adriana Gutierrez on February 11, 2021 at 12:46 am

Please explain the expansion gaps mentioned at 2:09. Are they the same as the gaps created by the spacers?

  40. Connie Moody on February 11, 2021 at 12:47 am

So is it good to go over concrete floor? Also would it be durable to rolling chairs (in my sewing room)

  41. mccullough87 on February 11, 2021 at 12:50 am

Ya I do carpet tile vinyl for a living while new vinyl plank is the easiest to install u still have to know the tricks and have the tools it doesn’t all cut with a knife.

  42. Warren Collmer on February 11, 2021 at 12:54 am

Video says nothing about underlaying with visqueen on a concrete slab or otherwise. Store personnel are saying that visqueen must be used to not void the warranty. Please provide clarity. Also, the video says something about the cork backing is optional. It’s a corked backed product, so what does "optional" mean here?

  43. Keith Gerald on February 11, 2021 at 12:55 am

It doesn’t say this but only the flooring it self is water proof not the sub floor only on concrete

  44. TERRY DAVIS on February 11, 2021 at 12:56 am

How many styles and colors do you currently have of this product?

  45. Crunchy Stick on February 11, 2021 at 12:56 am

couldn’t find the product specification you refer to in previous posts. What is the thickness of the wear layer?
