My walls are silver marlin by s/w. It is a chameleon color changing from gray to blue to green depending on the light. Yes I picked it.
SWISS COFFEE… I chose it and it is always a winner.

I own my home, and looking at repainting. Which is why I am here looking at bloody white paints haha
We used Gallery Taupe by Behr in our new home. We used matt finish everywhere except wet areas where we used eggshell finish. White semi gloss trim, it really pops, is very neutral we love it!
Behr indulgent mocha. Perfect neutral sensitive to light through the day different bc of subtle grey base.

Currently my den, dining room and living room walls are painted Sandy Cove. I love it but others say it looks like tobacco tar 🙁 I’m looking for an ivory color now. I’ve seen Sea Salt by Behr and Creamer in my Coffee by Valspar. I’m still searching and I’m about ready to give up. 🙁

We have a tan coffee color on our walls and ceilings which was there when we bought our house. It’s something that was trendy when I was growing up but my husband and I are planning to repaint our house to give it a lighter more spacious feel. I love the color of your walls and how the white window and door frames still make their own statement. Thank you for the inspo!

Palest creamy clean sunshine yellow by Sherwin William’s. Chose it 19 years ago and LOVE it…..especially thru COVID. Very cheerful without being an obnoxious bright yellow.
My entire condo is Chantilly Lace. I chose this color as all my windows face east. It really brightened up my space.

My sister and my daughter in law are both red people. I need to pick a neutral color my son and daughter in law’s landlords would accept for their 70s split level Brady Bunch home they plan to buy in a few years. It is currently painted off white that has yellowed.

Butter yellow..and I want to paint so badly…to a soft creamy white.
I want to paint my basement. It’s really dark. Not enough light. It faces east here, not a lot of windows. I want a white to brighten it up, but not sure what to go with?? I don’t want it to feel dreary. I want it to feel airy, we have grey carpet. I don’t want to change every bedroom carpet. It gets cold here in Colorado. I want warmer white but goes with the carpet. And what sheen for the basement. We don’t go down there much, but our pets love the basement. Confused. Paint colors are the hardest. Especially if you live in a colder gloomy climate.

Excellent content on a complex subject presented in a clear and straight forward manner. Great job! My 1929 vintage cottage interior is painted in Benjamin Moore “Cream Froth” , a very warm white which makes me smile. It is like being inside a billowy white cloud on a sunny day!
All the rooms in my house are grey. My house was flipped and I think the person that fixed it did all the same color to save money but I’m tired of looking at the same color scheme and been thinking about changing it up and maybe going with more of a neutral color for the living room and hallway.
