I’m not really into hard wood floors. I need carpet in the bedroom and a lot of the areas. I know I can buy an area rug but I don’t like anything hard under my feet. I love carpet. I know some hate it but I need something soft and plush underneath my feet at all times. I love cherry wood floors and grey hardwood. I just don’t want to clean it all the time. I know some people hate carpet maybe because they have animals, kids or a spouse or they wear shoes in the house. Me, I’m single and keep my space clean and take my shoes off at the door. Vacuuming is way more relaxing than the upkeep of sweeping and mopping lol. Just my opinion 😉

What was the reason you put the bed in front of the window? I love laying in bed and watching the trees and sky outside and can imagine it’d feel really odd with the window behind me. It also cuts out natural light. Was there just no other option for the bed placement?
