The sims 3 supremacy. Idk why, but The sims 3 is somehow better than the sims 4. Only plus to the sims 4 is that u can make more detailed sims.

Did you ever play The Sims 1? I was 17 years old when it came out and never stopped playing Sims since then. (So I can truthfully claim that I’m playig Sims games for at least 21 years now…) But The Sims 2 has always been my favourite. Imagine going from Sims 1 to Sims 2… Now THAT was a big improvement!!
I started off The Sims with the first game on PS2 which was an absolute fucking nightmare but I still played it all the time. I got The Sims 2 with all the packs like Kayla mentioned for free a few years ago and it was an absolutely magical experience. Sims 4 is cool but Sims 2 just has so many things to do
Can we talk about how quickly her game loaded? I used to wait for what felt like 20 minutes just to load my house 😂
Because tect evolved I grew up with line lind and dail up internet and pay phone was going out of style when I was about 10 or 11

I feel really old having not only played a bunch of the Sims 2 but also a bunch of the Sims 1…. and you were four when it came out
This is why I get so annoyed with people complaining about everything under the sun when it comes to sims 4. I played the sims and the sims 2 growing up and I’m still blown away by how much they’ve improved with sims 4
So if you don’t have played The Sims 2 when the game came out, and if your first Sims game was The Sims 3, that probably mean you never played The Sims 1. Sims 1 was my childhood and Sims 2 my teenage. OMG I’m feeling so old 🥺
I didn’t think I had ever had the chance to play the sims 2, until I watched this and it unlocked so many childhood memories 😂😂 but also, I started. Up ts3 a few days ago and I legit had to take a sec to comprehend how horrible the graphics were 😅

I want landlines in the sims 4 so bad!!!! I’m building my childhood home in-game right now and it would just make such a difference to have them. We had like 4 landlines in my house lmao I feel like that’s so much empty space without them
I’m from the OG Sims 2 base version, Pleasantview anyone? And WooHoo in hot tubs was super easy. Haha
We don’t even have spiral staircases and everything was tile by tile placement.
Most recent Sims I played is the Sims 3.
Although I love the customization options but I miss the simplicity and performance of Sims 2.
Maybe Sims 5 can reconcile this 2.

I loved the sims 2 so much. The sims 2 university was the superior university game out of all the versions, in my opinion. They had a cafeteria where an NPC stayed all the time, serving food that you didn’t have to travel out of your dorm to get (@ sims 4) and the dorms were so cute, you could go claim a door and it would show all the sims pictures. highly recommend playing that one on here or stream!!
“The olden days” 💀. I vividly remember making my mom take me to Walmart the day the Sims2 came out and then staying up all night playing because it was just too amazing to stop.
The progression from the original Sims to the Sims2 is still the best of the franchise. I don’t know how we ever fell in love with the Sims playing the original because it was stressful lol
Sims 2 at least works very well on modern PCs with a little tweaking and mods at least.
I started playing the sims when it was just called the sims. 😂 this is bringing back so many memories. It’s been so long since I’ve seen these lots and items. So nostalgic. I forgot about some of these struggles 😂
I loved the Sims 2. Many hours were spent on buildings, hotels, and resorts until 2016. I love building the resorts. I loved that in the Vacation EP you got two worlds and actual hotel room doors. The game play in the Apartment Living EP was great because you could interact with more than one neighbor and you could furnish the NPC’s apartments too. The other small thing that was cool was you could drive your car out of the driveway. Your sim even looked backward as they were backing out on to the street. Great detail and gameplay for its time. I should play the game again sometime.
I grew up with the Sims. If you think the Sims 2 is a headache, don’t touch the first Sims game. You’ll cry your eyes out.
Can you also play The Sims 1? You definitely won’t have a hard time making roofs 😉

My parents still use a landline phone, we use it to make doctors appointments and call our grandparents and stuff. We actually always had a landline phone in the house, which is an interesting thing to think about since some people genuinely don’t even know what that is.
Sims 2 is so difficult but Sims 3, i have muscle memory for that game

im 20 and sims 2 is my favorite i swear also i remember loving sims 1 on ps2 especially the fairy costume for kids
i’m comingin quite late, but yes i did play the sims 2, i remember, buying the sims 1 expansions, one by one, every birthday, with my birthday money, and booting up my old gateway computer, and playing the sims 1 for 18 hour stints at a time, then the sims 2 came out, and my computer couldn’t handle it, but, by the time i got a sturdy computer that could, it no longer ran properly, and the site, like the sims 1 site, had shut down, so i moved to the sims 3, could barely run it, and then finally i got a decent computer custom built, and i’ve played the sims 4 ever since

But in my opinion, the ability to put lots whereever you like, the items etc… It makes Sims 2 superior. It was the game of my childhood and I still like to play it.

I would say sims 2 is the best easiest game from all the sims.
Sims 2 came out when I was in middle school and this is bringing back fond memories of spending all of my free time playing this game.
The roofs were actually HELL, so I was so grateful for auto roofs and only used auto roofs.
I was so livid when EA robbed me of auto roofs in Sims 4 and I was forced to learn to build. 😂
Real Apartments with multiple tenants. That alone makes Sims 2 better than any other Sims.
My first game was sims 3 also. First time playing was July 2012. Yes I remember. After watching this, I’m glad I started with the sims 3. Kudos to you for even attempting to play this after so long
