Think you got ripped off paying that much for a small apartment. You are better off renting a small room and invest the rest of the money in an index fund or a down payment for a house. If you are renting an apartment like that, you are just throwing money away and making some else rich. I used to rent also but realize I was just wasting money. I work in tech and I bought my house in late 2019 for 800K. Now it is worth $1.2M. House was old and needed some repairs but I learned to fix a lot of it myself by watching how-to videos on YouTube. The best investment I every made was buying a house in San Jose. No apartment living will ever beat having a full front yard , garage, and back yard along with a driveway and your own property separated by a fence. I was able to put down 20 percent down for my house by living really cheap and investing in Vanguard index funds. Good luck to you.

Love all of the pink and how she mentioned knowing herself, not comprising, and buying things that spoke to her instead of trying to decorate right when she moved in. Her apartment is gorgeous, so calming, and looks much bigger than the space because it’s so beautifully put together.

My colors seem to be primary colors. I’m moving into a new 700 square foot apartment and thought about changing my theme but it’s so me to have Blue, grey, mustard, red and an orange couch which reminds me of F R I E N D S plus I added turquoise to the mix. It’s so me and it makes me happy. I want to be comfortable. I’m single with two dogs and I have to share my space. It makes me happy. You inspired me to love your look and own it. And not to be like everyone else! Make your space your own. Ty❣️
