Great video 🎉
Love the kitchen cabinets and hood at 4:16, what brand is it?
Lol! I dont really give a damn about sustainable and green conscious. I just want my kitchen to look nice

Never black! It looks so gloomy
Pocket doors
My kitchen is the heart & SOUL of my home. All congregate in my kitchen while cooking, prepping, or just searching for something. My kitchen space is measured by the # of butts, like a 4 butt kitchen. The bigger the better in my kitchen in beige or light grays with lots of lighting, and a large 60” GAS stovetop.
Nice treads but you have not covered the tread of downsizing. People are going for smaller homes now. Not these big huge homes. Can you do a video trends for smaller homes? Townhomes, semi detached etc
Too utilitarian for me.
Love them all! The marble one that you said won’t last is gorgeous and the dark black and brown kitchen. If i could afford it i would, but I can’t so I am staying in my lane. We can dream right?
I love some of the ideas, but frankly none are new….from 15:39 on designs are some ive seen on "ugliest house" segments…I love some fo the trendy styles ive seen in others homes, especially in college age and young adult and highrises where couples live in cities….but for me, i love timeless…and hate 60s 70s….im updating such a kitchen right now….
For listeners to appreciate such fine observations(!), Please improve your sound recording quality? (needn’t be so low and muffled)
Let’s face it, how many of us can afford kitchens like these??? How about some ideas for us who live in middle income family neighborhoods. 🌸
The problem with trends is they’re here today, gone tomorrow. Pick a style you like and go with that. If you go with trends, it will cost more because you’ll want the next trend and have to change everything.
These trends are interesting however, I cannot see myself cooking or baking in any of them….LOL! Light is important but, so is space to put kitchen dishes, etc., so cabinets needed on some of those walls. A walk in pantry near garage a must for me hauling in groceries. A big frige is a recipe for disaster if breaks….and they do! I have 2 friges- 1 small in walk in pantry, and regular in kitchen. Actually have had the kitchen frige break 2x and used smaller frige to save the food grom spoiling! Rectangular island is best configuration for storage underneath and food prep…..lose space when rounding. Lighting clustered over island doesn’t make sense unless you have spots in ceiling to light prep area at other end. In all these trend pictures, I just see them outdated in 5-10 years as swing to more practical working kitchen will be desireable. Bright, with good storage, work spaces, task lighting , and easy to clean , and comfy flooring on standing feet seem to me to always be in style.
Wood cabinets are beautiful. They look like furniture — more sophisticated than the painted cabinets that often chip and scratch.
At 6:35, the white hidden pantry on the left half-screen is my favorite design element of the whole video at the halfway mark. I’ve seen it before somewhere years ago, and absolutely adore it – also the rounded corners, layers of black, greens and terrazzo. 💖
Terrazzo market is the same in Winnipeg 😊
Not impressed. The kitchen is supposed to be the heart of the home. None of these look warm or inviting or meant to be cooked in for that matter. Mostly they look like money pits. No, thank you!
Not keen on the oversized handles either
Hate the lighting pendants hung at different heights for a kitchen. They need to be high enough to not be in the way.
In north america all the homeowners would put large chest freezers in the garage (or 2nd fridges) Maybe because the homes were being made with such small kitchens? The pendants are a work of art and so beautiful, definitely a step in in style.

All black kitchens are dreary. Very bachelor who doesn’t cook or have kids look.
I love the mirrored backsplash
So nice to see colour. I am so tired of grey/white/black decor.
Kitchens if they are used to prepare meals etc. have a lot of steam, oil frying etc. most of these kitchens are not functioning; example the mirror back splash.
10:20 PORCELAIN MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER FOR COUNTERTOPS😮😮😮 SET YOUR GLASS DOWN LESS THAN CAREFULLY AND ITS SHATTERED PORCELAIN IS GLASSES WORST NIGHTMARE YOU DROP ANY GLASS ON PORCELAIN AND IT WILL SHATTER ON CONTACT😮😮😮😮😮MAKES ALOT OF SENSE HUH
Thank you
Love the oversized hardware
Hate colored marble
Hate hate hate the black kitchen
Don’t mind curved edge on countertop but not liking round island
Like some two tone cabinets but not all
Not interested in mirror backsplash as don’t want to be cleaning mirror in kitchen as cleaning in bathroom is plenty
Have cool kitchen light in my kitchen do liking the different architectural elements for light
Like the windows in kitchen but I have an alley kitchen in townhome so won’t work for me but sliding door at end does increase the light
Although I like the handle options if you are updating your existing cupboard it’s not that easy to change handle size with existing drilled holes that don’t accommodate
Liked the video. Was interesting to see what’s out there.
Orange is the New Black I’m going with an all Orange kitchen in my $95,000 remodel
We don’t have such huge areas for a kitchen. We prefer compact, easy access to kitchen items and easy to clean kitchens
I like the big handles! They look like art.
One trend I am 100% on board with is the off white kitchen cabinets. I’m sick of white kitchens and the off white colors are stunning! I cannot wait to paint my kitchen in Swiss Coffee.
Brilliant! I enjoyed the presentation of so many concepts. This gives me lots of ideas for updating our kitchen built in 2006.
Love your videos but , I don’t know where you live in the US, but large fridges have been a thing for decades.
Visual candyyy! I Thanks for this video! I’m starting my dream kitchen moodboard! ❤❤

Love big windows for natural lighting and curved island. I like the hidden pull doors instead of handles but I don’t dislike the oversized handles. I love European kitchen w/ glossy cabinets. Thank you
I’m doing a black kitchen, great tips on layers & adding a bit of bronze! 🧡🖤
I’m planning to build house and I will separate kitchen from home. So that the smell won’t bother my house.
You have Fantastic kitchen ideas, m planning my new kitchen and have few questions regarding looks, liked the rounded corners and wooden strips.
You talked about adding light to your kitchen. Why aren’t skylights ever mentioned? I have been wanting to put one in my kitchen FOREVER! Love natural light…..
Thank you for this video . Very helpful
I love the giant hardware on the flat cabinets because i hate flat front cabinets as they just feel so bleak
NO TERRAZO!
https://youtu.be/kizQi7HWRRMhello i have ideas for this too
Round and curve islands can provide a more inclusive and inviting atmosphere in the kitchen area. This can really help the members of the family process the cooking and serving more convenient. 😉💯
