If you’ve been driving for a while and stop to eat, you can heat up canned food by putting them on or alongside of your vehicle’s exhaust manifold. If the engine is turbo-charged, put the can near the turbo. There is an enormous amount of heat in those things and canned food heats up in no time. Just remember to punch a small hole in the can first or your meal could end up blown all over the place!

Eat 1 can of sardines every day. 1 can gives you daily 30g of protein. That’s all protein needs. Plus calcium. Because sardines are packed with bones, you eat this soft bones and your bones gets needed calcium. Plus fish oil. 1 can a day gives you lots of benefits.

  13. triality on February 10, 2021 at 10:45 pm

i like to use cans of beans, and hummus with lots of fruits and vegetables and bits and pieces chopped up into a really meaty salad kind of thing.
if you look up buddha bowls on the internet thats kind of what i like to make all in one massive container with lid so if i dont finish it i just put it away for later.
you can keep adding like one choped apply would change the whole thing so you can have a mix going for a few days

canned beans are much better if you rinse then soak them in water for 10 mins to get the brine out.

sushi is also cold, raw fish and such is super nice and healthy

  16. Jill Teglovic on February 10, 2021 at 10:48 pm

I do the overnite oats too, but they’re SO much better when you don’t use water LOL
I get the serving size almond milks that come in a box. It’s like $10, but I think it’s got ten so $1 each isn’t too bad for a meal. Plus they’re one cup, so super easy to mix into one cup of oats 🙌🏻

Do you get fresh eggs from farm ? I have heard that if you buy eggs from supermarket, those eggs have already been in fridge, you HAVE TO continue to store them in fridge, otherwise they will go bad. Is that true ?

So I like sardines. I would say the only reason most people don’t is for the smell and the idea of eating a whole fish. If you don’t mind those things it’s literally just like tuna but better tasting. Great video 👍😁
