I know I may be late but whatever happened to the Auzzy girl that came and stayed with you? Did she have to go back because of the pandemic?? 🤷 And do you still keep in touch, cause she put the sparkling blues in your eyes 💁

  2. Mr Tate on April 14, 2022 at 6:08 pm

Hey chad I was wondering if we could get a video montage of the van all opened up

  3. Andrew Ward on April 14, 2022 at 6:08 pm

You have some awesome drone footage!!
What kind of drone do you have?? How do you control it so far away when you are driving the van??

  4. LA Gunn on April 14, 2022 at 6:09 pm

You remind me of the actor, Travis Fimmel.

  5. Ray's Boating and Adventure on April 14, 2022 at 6:10 pm

Very nice job! Director, film crew, edit staff. Your video’s are well done. Liked the lasagna video on fire, great ideas on cooking for myself. These video’s are a lot of work. Yes fun time, alot to see in video. Keep it up, Happy Trails.

  6. SamVanHicton on April 14, 2022 at 6:10 pm

Once again Chad, your vids keep a light on within my soul brother, I’ve bought a drone and I’m looking for the equivalent scenery in the UK (Obviously doesn’t exist) closest thing we got is Scotland. I’m gone in May…awesome

  7. Savage 1 on April 14, 2022 at 6:10 pm

  11. J.t.R. JP on April 14, 2022 at 6:14 pm

Could you put that firepit on the roof of your van?

Beautiful scenery and everyone needs to be patient. Chad films a lot of footage and then needs to edit it for upload. He’s doing it in between his day job – I’m sure he’s got winter adventures coming up. I am enjoying what he is releasing as it’s ready.

  21. Rick Wolford on April 14, 2022 at 6:29 pm

@6:53 What is that metal cylinder you make your fires in called? I’m trying to get one for myself.

  22. Jim Rogers on April 14, 2022 at 6:29 pm

Chad, I couldn’t help but notice that you broke all your kindling over your right knee. Please reconsider this. As a sixty-seven year old man with a bad right knee I make this suggestion to you. I would not want you to regret anything. Thanks

  23. DustyCowdog on April 14, 2022 at 6:30 pm

These videos are so well done. Cheers!

  24. Judy Payo on April 14, 2022 at 6:30 pm

Ha ha I remember my daughter Joana for her adventures locally here in my country Philippines, her trekking and camping😊

  25. Daniel Rutledge on April 14, 2022 at 6:31 pm

Hope all is well with you and your family Chad. Miss seeing the videos.

  26. Joybee Kingston on April 14, 2022 at 6:32 pm

The narrative sitting on the bluff was very nice. I’m 70 now but I did live Van Life on the weekends for many years before Van Life was cool lol Mine were DIY, most built with my kids. Now those times are their favorite memories. Mine too. This was an awesome video! My son is also a Chad, it’s a name with strong character 🙂

Hello, I greet you from Mexico, since you came to the Baja 1000 event and recorded the entire journey I have not seen a new video, I have only seen short films where you abdas in the snow but I have not seen new videos, that’s why I wonder do you have another channel on youtube? because the one that I follow The Living the van life I have not seen new videos and I really am a Very Fan of yours

  47. dean jennings on April 14, 2022 at 7:02 pm

Hey Chad. I worry about you running those tires so low on rough terrain. I’ve learned through experience that those pressures are perfect for sand but I’ve ruined 2 BFG-35s at around 20 psi by hitting a rock or steep bump and pinching the sidewall between rock and rim. And that was on much lighter vehicles, an old 70’s bronco and just this last fall on a GMC Canyon light duty. I’m 75 and not an aggressive driver. Keep on truckin’!

  48. Conger Scott on April 14, 2022 at 7:03 pm

Hi Chad, could you tell me what kind of knife you are using to split the wood for your solo stove, i would like to buy one, great video, thanks in advance…….Scott 👍.
