Living rent free – Vanlife accommodation on the road

Living rent free – Vanlife accommodation on the road

This is the first video in a series of “vanlife” themed episodes which deal with how to successfully work, earn money, travel, and live in a van full time.

In this episode Karl talks about the different accommodation options that we utilise when we stay in a town for a longer periods (2+ months) so that we can participate in paid employment with local businesses.

These options include:
2:26 – Stealth camping/parking
3:36 – Staying on a friend’s property
4:21 – House and companion animal sitting
7:59 – Working and staying at a campground/RV park
9:47 – And finally paying money to rent a place to park the van (the absolute last resort)

We hope you enjoyed this video and the new format!

Interested to hear how you make full time motorhoming work. Can I suggest shorter videos so as to attract more viewers and possibly talk over some outdoor video.

Great rig man! That routine/setup looks like a blessing and a fun time. From sioux falls, much love and stay safe.
