It’s beautiful, no doubt. However, that $60K is about 1/3rd the estimated market value of my home in Milwaukee, WI. I love the symmetrical design you used, that is my take-away from this design that I wouldn’t even try replicating some of the ideas by trying to shop around for "the look for less." One of the reasons I don’t watch a lot of the programming on HGTV any longer is because the budgets are more than the value of my home. It’s gotten out of control ridiculous. What about RELATABLE for people who yeah, only have an income of $40K a year and live in a home valued well below half a million bucks.
I envision a Chihuly chandelier.
