*FRAUD ALERT : Bonito Designs Private Limited Home Interior agency* is a fraudulent company and is cheating people through FALSE promises and FALSE commitment.
I personally have been cheated by this company and have been struggling hard to get the work closed in agreed timeline.

They were supposed to give 100% Execution on Agust 5Th to 10Th as per agreed timeline , till now we have not got 100% Execution.
None of their team not responding to call and not taking ownership on completing the task.
The staff or the management or Project Heads Ms Vidya Kyasaram , Mr Abhinandan , Mr Raghunathan , Mr Vasu Designer , Mr Lokesh Regional Head , Mr Sunil Project Delivery Cordinator , the Founder of the company Mr Rickson Dsouza & Mr Amit Parsuramka CEO Bonito Designs least bothered even after escalation & they don’t have Humanity or Transparency in Business. *
They forced to make 100% payment and once the payment was made in full they changes their colour and started ignoring calls and assign responsibility to different people every time.
Worst part is even after we visited them to do followp on every steps of work we were treated as if we are asking a favour from them.
SHOCKINGLY even after paying lakhs of Rupees to get good professional work to dream home which is emotion to every individual they don’t treat with courtesy with client. They don’t have Ethics or Transparency in what they do.
They will force at the time of signing agreement and once we do Intial payment we are struck With no options to go with them and select what ever available materials. *They are cheating every Individual in structured and legal way. * Systematicaly planned and programmed process to cheat clients .
After regular follow up we didn’t seen response and transparency in their work or approach. All time they say check agreement. Then we decided to go for escalation , With much patient we write a escalation email to Mr. Rickson Dsouza Founder of Bonito but to my surpirise he was least bothered to even acknowldge or reply to email. He kept quite and even today he is quite.
After many deadlines to handover which is never fullfilled, now none of the staff or manangement is responding . With our house warming date nearing and invitations sent to all our guest ,we are struggling with BONITO Designs to give closure and handover Execution.
We personally want to aue them for not keeping there commitment and it’s high time we should reach consumer court and file a case against Bonito Designs .
*BEWARE of BONITO .. they are VULTURES and FOXES .They will loot your money in daylight.*
DONOT get trapped with there sweet talks and Fancy presentations .
