I recommend getting noise cancellation wall mounts they helped a lot when I stayed in my apartment they don’t look the cutest but the complainants stopped

One thing that helps a lot with carrying groceries to your apartment are reusable bags cause they’re way bigger and easier to carry than plastic bags for sure! Also I see people that have those little carts that you put everything in but if you get your groceries delivered you probably don’t need that🤷🏽♀️
