NEVER TOO SMALL 24sqm/258sqft Micro Apartment – Boneca
NEVER TOO SMALL 24sqm/258sqft Micro Apartment – Boneca
Aptly named Boneca Apartment (doll’s house in Portuguese) by the client, designed by architect Brad Swartz – this 24 square meter Sydney apartment has a sense of luxury and refinement way beyond its size. Realigning the bathroom and kitchen created a long living and dining zone, and a screened sleeping alcove, both oriented to the view.

😍😍
going to the loo at night…. not practical.
This is a dream apartment, in every aspect but the kitchen that hasn’t got a freezer and the fridge is way to small.
BEAUTIFUL 😗
One of my favourite spaces! 👏👏💗
24 sqm put to very good use. Amazing
A dream ✨. One thing I still don’t understand it that why such small properties are so expensive to rent 🥲 especially in Europe.
That Fisher Paykel dishdrawer is the most ingenious thing.
The best 👌
The access to the bed is very umconfortable. Hard for an elderly person, or for a person with walking difficulties.
Wow that bathroom was an awesome surprise
Excellent!!

I really like what he has done with the space to make it look larger.
Nice design, but the sliding door limits the access to kitchen, bed and t&b, i mean what if someone have to use the kitchen and have to use the bed or even the bathroom at the same time. In my opinion a bifold door for the sleeping area is much better option
Wonderful design and styling.
There’s a closet in the bathroom. The clothes are dehumidifier.
Where the washing machine? Otherwise just beautiful!
So when can I move in?

The architects on this channel are some of the best critical thinkers and problem-solvers
the only thing I would change is that table; i would imagine a round one would make the space less conventional and more interesting…
love love love
The before and after is incredible! They did an amazing job
Work by Brad Swartz is excellent as usual
Absolutely amazing. This is great
Perfect TOP!
Beautifully designed and decorated apartment 😍! Well done indeed 👏!
Amazing design. Only problem i wouldn’t make the bed everyday. It must be a really hard task since there is no space around the bed. Every morning:"Not today bed, not today…"
"walk-in ‘robe" … no, it’s a cupboard
Looks great. Is it possible that the designer has never cooked a meal tho?!
Awesome I like it that
great job
a fucking sofa to look out of a fucking window cracked me up so weird
I imagine a lot of food crumbs accumulate in the rail of the sliding door in front of the kitchen…
In NYC I lived for 8 years in a unit smaller than this. This would have been an upgrade. 😀
Nice one mate 👍
24sqm best design ever
LIKE A CLINIQUE, A HOSPITAL, A OFFICE. ARE YOU WARM PERSON???
Kind of thing I am looking for to create a 3rd bedroom for my daughter from the dining space I have, and replace it with patio space. Love the minimal yet functional pallette and wood choice.
çox gözəldi👍🏻👍🏻
De los mejores que vi
Brilliant. You don’t need a bed room. Just a bed nook.
Wow just wow perfect space
This is so so good
That bathroom is too big man
I love it! I could totally live in an apartment with this layout, but with a normal fridge.
Need more closets on wall for clothes and other stuff. Lived 17 years in a studio 350sf.
My favorite one! Thank you for sharing.
The subtitles are a bit off – that timber is not black bud, it is blackbutt, a popular eucalypt. And I might be wrong but that painting could be by Gloria Petyarre (nice!). Nice unit, in a very nice neighbourhood. That screen is lovely.
