The chairs are great but not visually substantial enough compared to couch. The wood is too light. I like u idea of painting the wood of the chairs a dark color. Dk brown? Dk gray? Dk blue? Just a thought.

Gorgeous. You are so brave on that ladder!! Wow. The black fireplace wall looks pretty and dramatic. As for the blonde wood, I love it. Maybe you can add a couple blonde wood baskets under the coffee table. Or, by the window.

I work at a furniture company dont take off the long tags that come with the furniture. Tuck them in. Those tags are the manufacturer warranty information if a spring broke they could replace it with the info on the tag.
