What a beautiful apartment. I would have chosen the island over the balcony too. Great video. My 4th grade math teacher in Texas in the late 70s was Miss Mahachek. I’m sure she’s no relation but you’re the only other person I have ever heard with that last name.
wait why are there no overhead lights in your apartment? i kno some older apartments don’t have overhead lighting in living rooms but this is a luxury building so shouldn’t it be updated and fit the standard of living that people paying for a luxury building would expect?

I love the apartment. The view is amazing. You could actually add two more dining chairs and still have plenty of space.
You need a mirror or big picture to cover circuit breaker box up.

Island in kitchen or balcony? I would probably choose balcony. Your place has a space for dining table right next to big window view. I think the invisible (glass) table is a great choice. So you have an island and a balcony view too. Water view!

Love it!!!! I have my Nespresso machine and keep my pods in a white jar that says coffee from HomeGoods. And I keep my favorite creamers in a beautiful crystal bowl. How do you like the Bluetooth function?

You have everything you need in your apartment. Nice kitchen counter top, dresser, tv cabinet, shoe cabinet, work table, nice round trolley, walk in closet, and the best part is having a nice, elegant dining table. Most people only have the counter top for food prep and their meals as well. But it’s lovely to have a separate dining table should you wish for a romantic dinner. 👍👍 two thumbs up. What a wonderful place.

u have a right choose for island table compare to the balcony. considering the cold weather & most of the time u will be inside the house. plus i also think that the balcony is kind of weird that u can saw directly from living area to ur neighbor.
