PUCHONG APARTMENT MAKEOVER
I’ve just refurbished my Puchong apartment after renting it out for 5 years and this is a documentation of the transformation process. I would also use this to leverage on this opportunity to demonstrate the amount of work required for your property.
Treating property investment as a business would be the key, where the units are the product to attract tenants for a RM 14000 annual contract (monthly RM1200). Hence, I hope that young investors would start investing now within their means and prepared to work for the secondary income. Start building wealth now!!
Great sharing Sean. Your sharing is very realistic. Love it.Keep it up!

The ur roi will be depended on the increasing value of the appartments, not the rentals, because most 85% of the rental needs to pay back to banks as interest

Just brought my 1st service apartment 800sqft and totally empty because i need to renovate by myself, how much budget does i need to renovate with that house size especially if i hire the interior designer. Thanks
Bravo!
Good calculation info
Hi iherng, I hope you don’t take offence. But your vocal mic volume is way softer than your edited music track so it was like a sudden blast of music on speakers lol.
Glad I stumble upon your channel, very nice contents with subtitles. Greetings from Sarawak
Learn quite alot about property from this video other than appartment makeover~
Good contents 🙏
Got suggestion for the team?
Did you forget the risk of bad tenants? Lower income tenant is in higher risk to default their rent.
Wow, you have lots of achievements. You became a landlord when you were just 24. Amazing. Love to hear your first-hand story which is full of pros and cons, not just pros. Young guys can really learn a lesson from you. Keep doing your good job.
Yet another quality video bro. Btw, a quick topic suggestion, it would be nice if u can breakdown a list of developers in Malaysia that u trust or holds good track record 🙂 Thanks!!
Lesson learnt is that rental is not passive income. Do not invest in property unless it is for self occupancy.
Awesome vid man! Wish to listen to more tips in upcoming vids.
How much it cost ya the make over?
Hi brother love your video

Terbaik bosku, mohon subs back and support
Thanks Sean for this useful video for youngster like us. Appreciate it very much! It would be good if you could teach us more in how to identify a good investment property. As well I have a question how do you calculate the so called “risk” acceptable, it is a percentage of the income ? If we take up the loan, then we cannot find tenants/ tenant left/bad tenant, we would be stuck there.. I think this is the reason that prevent us from going into property investment.
good
Hi Sean, just out of curiosity how much it cost for the makeover of your apartment? and when you say "my team" does that meant "THEMAKEOVERGUYS" you got share? *wink*
