RENTER FRIENDLY KITCHEN FLOOR DIY ON A BUDGET – INEXPENSIVE HOME DECOR IDEAS!

This is a DIY Video on How To Change the looks of a Kitchen Floor in a Rented Space! Painting on a Floor can be tricky especially in a Rented Space so I came up with an idea on How to Diy the Floor to your taste without Damaging or Altering the looks of the Apartment Floor!

I used Oil Based Paint for this project and left the design for 3 days to completely dry before applying a Sealant over it.
This is a Decorating Idea that is Budget Friendly! It is also a Home Decorating idea for Craft Lovers during the Holidays which the end result adds Uniqueness to the overall Presentation in the Home.

This is an Inexpensive yet sophisticated Diy that Shows Style and Elegance that is personalized on a Budget.

Hi. I think the floor looks beautiful. However I am a Landlord and can tell u that after u have that peel and stick tile on that floor for a few weeks, when u need to remove it, the peel and stick tiles will take off some or alot of the finish off the floors underneath of it. That means that all u will be on the hook to pay to replace all the floors in that apartment that match the ones underneath those peel and stick tiles. Just thought u should know, as that will be a few thousand dollars for new floors + labor. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. U may want to pull up all those peel and stick tiles Asap.
Try and have a good day.

  34. Eden Tabata on June 2, 2021 at 5:06 am

Can you do a diy backsplash design for a kitchen and bathroom wall. Love your diy projects.

  35. CajunPride on June 2, 2021 at 5:06 am

Fyi you are using the stencil dabbler wrong. You are not supposed to stroke or rub it on like you would with a paint brush. It’s made for stenciling you are supposed to dab it with a up and down motion. You will get a clean look without paint going under stencil.

My whole home is finna be DIY’$

  37. Cassie Dodd on June 2, 2021 at 5:09 am

When are you getting a tv show too? U need to be paid! Now!

  38. Stacey Green on June 2, 2021 at 5:10 am

I’m going to do this in my kitchen although I’ll be placing the marble floor tiles onto a large piece of the non slip material you used under the table mats that way its easy for me to lift away like a rug and mop the floor once dry I can pop it back in place! Thank you Yoduvh you’re truly amazing 🙂

  39. Vee Hill on June 2, 2021 at 5:11 am

Too much flowers. eww! but great concept,

  40. Makyrie on June 2, 2021 at 5:15 am

Your videos are perfect! They have inspired me so much! So many Fantastic ideas, it’s hard to pick one to do!!! The floor turned out Beautifully!!! I did want to tell you that you use your “stencil” brush wrong. Always “Dab” your brush on the surface you are trying to stencil. When you use it as a regular brush, you run the risk of moving some of the fine parts of the stencil. Dabbing Up and Down will cover the piece and reduce the risk of moving the stencil out of place. It may take a bit longer going up and down with the brush but it will get it done. Also use the brush gently!!! Hard “dating” also runs a great risk of messing up your stencil! Thanks for all of your great videos…….!!! P-)

  41. Elena Palacios on June 2, 2021 at 5:17 am

Too busy and tacky w the roses. And the border doesn’t match with the "marble look" floor. Totally mess. Sorry.

broken video? sound cuts out at 0:44 and ends suddenly before I can see what you did with the marble tiles

  47. Frances Howard on June 2, 2021 at 5:25 am

Yeah you need to take those tiles up when you can because it will ruin that beautiful floor you had underneath if that is a rental space… But I was wondering if you could tile pieces cardboard together and then put the rug non-slip rug thing underneath like if it was a piece like if it was a big piece of carpet like 8 by 8 or 10 by 10? Your work is brilliant by the way I’ve been watching a lot of your videos they’re beautiful
