Just curious why you chose to install the tent on the vehicle roof instead of the trailer? I am looking at the Turtleback trailer with a Jeep and both will fit in the garage as long as I keep the tent on the trailer. I also thought it would make it easier to take the Jeep and run some trails while the camp stayed setup.
I love your family and channel a lot. We have never camped before, but would like to do so in the future. There is so much to learn from your video. Thank you for sharing these wonderful experiences.

What a great fishing experience for the whole family. All those fish, so awesome! Fresh caught, I’m sure they were nice and tasty! Geeze I wanna come eat at your camp. The soup looked fantastic and the breakfast of fresh blueberry pancakes and perfectly cooked bacon…awesome! Sarah is such a fantastic outdoors cook, and makes it look so easy! I took my wife and three daughters out into the desert in the southwest to rock hound, very isolated, no bathrooms. Bathroom breaks are still a topic of laughter as we had to take approximately 500,002 of them in the middle of nowhere and each one was an experiment. I feel for you, the benefit is you have two less little girls to do bathroom stops for. LOL

I did Wrangel St. Elias in 2010, hiked across the Root Glacier, climbed Donoho, all the way to the Stairway Icefall. Took ~5 days, didn’t see another human (other than my climbing buddies). Absolutely beautiful park, and your content on this one stirred all the memories.

i know the weather wasn’t perfect, so the lighting wasn’t good, but … something about the cloudy skies and the dim horizon just made the whole the scenery seem that much more surreal. epic video, even if it didn’t go to plan.
