10th & G St – Where the hookers will teach you anything, except ENGLISH! This area (between 5th & Baseline) is located below BASELINE, and east of the I-215. Never has been a GOOD area. Then heading east on Baseline, you can get shot or jacked, all the way to Waterman Ave. "Alfredo’s" is a great Italian Restaraunt, just east of Arrowhead on the south side of Baseline. Baseline & Waterman at 6:00; has lost so much business because of the "clientele" that hangs out there. I know, I was teen and this place was cool; NOW, it needs to be NUKED!
