ABOUT ME I grew up in a cabinet shop and was born to be a woodworker. In the past few years when work slowed in the custom cabinet industry, I converted a few friend’s Vans and SUV’s so they had more storage for adventuring, work, or just the weekend beach getaway. Before I knew it I had my own business making people’s ideas come to life. I design and build all kinds of custom woodwork and vehicles here at my shop in Huntington Beach, California! Please email me solidwoodworx@gmail.com for more information.

It looks as if the basket would fit in the sink. Have you thought about doing small loads of laundry in the basket in the sink. Then lift basket to drain. Put basket back in wring clothes. Add fresh to rinse. Empty, wring, rinse, empty, wring, done.
Use small amounts of water each time and wring well. Surprising how little fresh is required to rinse soap out if you wring well.

Good onya mate. looks good. I noticed that you have now suspended your board from the roof. Better than sliding it into a cabinet and risking damage. Cheers for sharing.

I always thought it’s a good idea to make the kitchen sink water hose function as a extendable shower hose also

Rather than plumbing, hang a solar camping shower bag over a portable basin. To create more work space, store everything away when it is not in use. Portable items create more open space for other activity

A few good ideas here – I especially liked your drying wetsuit option – been wracking my brain on the best, most practical way to do that for awhile (not just wetsuits, would work for any outdoor gear that you got back wet in)
