travel to Peters Point on Amelia Island in Florida for some beach camping and driving. Though we didn’t get to see everything we wanted to because we had the dogs with us and this area is rather dog unfriendly, we still had an awesome time. I think that anytime you get to drive on the beach and better yet camp on the beach, its a good time.

Bummer! Thanks for the video, but I just looked into getting a beach permit and discovered that, "Camping on the Beach: Is prohibited November 1st, 2020 through October 31st, 2021."
Me again, if yโall are ever in Texas you need to head to the National Seashores of Paurde Island where you can drive 60 miles in one direction to find a place to camp along the way then in the morning you head back another 60 miles out, depending on how for you drove into camp. NOTE. DO NOT GO to Paurde Island that is a party beach with hundreds of trucks but go to the National Seashore Park if you ever make it. It is more laid back and I think you might be able to have your dogs..

Looks like a great place to visit, you had a bit of paradise to enjoy. I can probably guess why they didn’t want pets roaming around the parks, it has to be the wildlife. Gators, Pythons and Iguanas are pretty bad house guests. It’s a great video, thanks for sharing…

That’s funny, the last time I drove on the beach at Amelia Island, I also had to pull someone out. I also actually own Action Trax brand, but it wasn’t enough to get them out. Had to pull them out. Funny repeat of Ronny Dahl’s test, KC makes them with serious Dupont Plastics. BTW: I was last there at Peter’s Point the day before they closed it for overnight, are they allowing it again? The reason they don’t allow dogs but do allow horses, is because they scare rich peoples horses.
How much is it to camp there I canโt find anything online

They shut the beach camping down last month and also you have to be a Nassau County resident now to even drive on the beach.

So i read the reviews for this tent, almost didnt buy it because EVERYONE seemed to complaint about not fitting back in the bag……… let me say this, when something has negative reviews…. its worth the buy, best tent i have owned, set up and take down is so easy, holds in strong vegas winds, i LLLLLLOOOVVVEEEEEE MY GAZELLE
