Would love to see more of the garden!
Love this apartment! The patio is awesome!

Lol her friend…… Lol
This is a dream apartment. The size, the layout, well not really digging the position of the stove and sink, but the patio and the amount of light is too die for
The video shots are so fast I canโt even look around. And I want to see the bathroom!
08/09/20: She certainly hooked that apartment up with creativity and more, and made good use of every square corner. To be able to entertain a party of 12 in that space is pretty impressive. I loved the concept of the mirrors and the effect it has to make a room appear larger. I would add something, though, on the other side of that room above the couch, i.e., a cool piece of colorful art. Anyway, for New York City, I’d definitely live there. I LOVE it!
I love the window pantry you got some cool cool ideas thank you
The camera work ๐คข ๐ฅด๐๐ป
Run like hell NY is so over rated been there done that
Video is so 1990s that I expected more techno music.
The editing really dates this video, but the apartment’s style is rad.
Yuk dark depressing no for me id be on suicide watch
Loved watching that show
Horrible way to live!
Grim and grubby….loved the patio/terrace however did not love the sound of her friends voice….. that awful phoney vocal fry….ouch it hurts my ears
GREAT USE OF THE WINDOW…FOR SHELVING!!! DECK IS FANTASTIC!!!
I love the shelves added to the window and also display shelves for her shoes. And the terrace is wonderful.

Love this apartment! And the outside garden!
I love this apartment, and I love this segment of Small Space, Big Style that hgdv used to have. I would love for it to return on t.v. again. It was my favorite hgtv show showing how beautiful very small spaces can really be.

SSBS was a great show… one of the best HGTV ever produced. And looking back you can see it was ahead of it’s time, as now cities are building microapartments. Getting rid of this show was a big mistake.
450 sq feet is not so small, but I like ideas she got. She is so creative with a space. Storage is wonderful, especially shoe storage – bench. I have also storage under my IKEA bed and hot astonished how much I managed to get there. Patio is oasis I agree. In my new apartment (rented unfortunately) I have good size balcony and looking for ideas how to use it.
Anybody see locks on her fron door? Clean the shoes..please
Where is this apartment
11 years in one apt?? Rent control??
Spectacular apartament
Patio…all the rave. Being outside!!
Who sleeps in the bed? Tiny Tim?
Thinking outside of the box. Your apt looks si great. To die for outdoor space love it.
This whole video is so Friends/SATC vibe
Total claustrophobia inside her apt, depressing and dark – except for the outdoor space. But she can sell it for a mint.
I love your idea of shelves for your shoes… I am going to do it in my bedroom, thanks for the great idea๐๐ผ
Omg the window in kitchen I love it must look pretty in the day. I love how whimsical the vibe is.The shoes !!! The storage!!
New Yorkers are so innovative with their living spaces! Food for my soul!
Bin ich die Einzige die kein Badezimmer gesehen hat ?
i would never eat anything out of that place …a big dog living in there ….no thanks yuk …

It is nice she made it work for those 11 years.
i started out with a 550 sq ft apt in soho. tiny brick apt surrounded by other tiny brick apts buildings, w/only a smidgen of sunlight, no space…NO CLOSETS! but i had this little balcony i surrounded with plants & flowers & homemade murals of broken tiles to add color & life. i now live in a beautiful 1700 ft high rise condo with a to die for view of downtown skyline, floor to ceiling windows allowing the sun to shine throughout my home unimpeded & WALK IN CLOSETS!!!! 3 OF THEM! but you know there are days i get nostalgic about my little tiny apt with my plant filled balcony where i had no closet space & constantly tripped over the pile of books i had no place for. it was an adventure! & im glad i lived it. enjoy your home & make your life good wherever you are.
Now, this place is nice! Just big enough for her & another person! It’s small but looks so spacious!
Enjoyed the video. People have different tastes and styles. People love Manhattan and true, itโs high as hell to live there and have space. But it looks like sheโs happy. Though that patio was amazing
Iโm doing research on noise pollution and I would like to know how noisy this apartment building is. Can you hear your neighbors ?
Look at all the locks on the door.wow
Nice.i love shoes too.
Didn’t get to see the layout. ๐
Andrew Yani or Laurel??
