Budget 2 is sufficiently nice and budget 3 just added some more accessories. Prefer budget 2 design+ the curtains.

Not verry feng shui your designs… always the bed is under the window, bad place for the mirrors. I surrely would want to chalenge you to design on low bugget an actual small apartment respecting feng shui.
