AFFILIATE LINK DISCLOSURE: Friends, making a quality Loloho video is kind of like making sausage – only slightly more violent. It’s a ridiculous amount of work that typically involves high dollar camera drops, blue-screen-of-death computer crashes, and at least one angry shotgun wielding old man shouting, “Hey! Get the hell outta here!” Once the final video is posted, rewards here on YouTube are few and far between (unless you are a masochist who enjoys being verbally abused by anonymous trolls). One saving grace is our affiliate links. JUST CLICKING THESE LINKS HELPS TO SUPPORT OUR LITTLE SHOW. Think of this clicking as like tipping – except that it doesn’t cost you anything extra! If you eventually make a purchase via one of our affiliate links, we will receive a few pennies (and Sean typically invests these pennies in duct tape and video gear). Again, it doesn’t cost you anything to click these links, and it’s a great help to us. As always, safe travels, happy camping, and THANK YOU!

Free rv stays? Europe leads the way! After not liking the Rv crowds in the 80 is , many countries and small towns smartened up and realized : people that can afford to travel in a Rv actually spend money in a community that lets them stay over!! And RV er’s like to experience what a small towns or a village or business has to offer while staying over ! Some places even offer water and electricity for a nominal fee (5 -10 bucks) I know There is even a App to guide you to those communities. But I don’t know the name of the app. Wouldn’t it be great to have that in North America soooo much more space here then in Europe

If you came through Beaver OK then you were just south of Meade, KS. Located 13 miles north of Meade Lake State Park (with its own campgrounds) the Meade City Park has a small campground on the edge of town that is also free though donations are welcome.

Regarding shopping lanes and nonsensical decisions. There are two areas in nearby walmarts where you cannot get to areas if you follow the directions. In one it’s the camping section! You can’t get to the corner of the store by following the directions. More nonsense however is found in the bathrooms. All three of our local walmarts have closed all but one stall in each bathroom. Apparently you can’t pass COVID germs by making everyone use the same stall???

Another great informative video…I would love to see these all over the US…but for sure, have a ‘one night’ restriction…would not want them to become a full time living park.

Hi – just watch your youtube -always enjoy most of it. Regarding the one way aisles we have that in Canada and yes some people ignore that. This is usually only in aisles that are not more than 6 feet wide so passing each other in opposite direction is not doable – but staying 6 ft behind is possible. And yes sometimes people r a little slow moving so u do end up passing them but not as often if no one-way designated.

I never shopped at Walmart UNTIL….l saw all the Semi Trucks parked on their lot. After finding out they let them park for FREE
..so they could rest in a SAFE PLACE…..l started shopping there…l told the store manager how wonderful it was that they were making our interstates much safer by allowing these truck drivers to park in a safe environment. THANK YOU WALMART..for making America safer. I know its expensive for you to fix the concrete and asphalt where they park.

  35. Carol Hull on December 30, 2021 at 3:13 pm

It’s pronounced Doo-mus, with the accent on the first syllable. It’s a great place to stop between the Dallas/Fort Worth area and Colorado. They have a nice little museum, too.

  45. Tim Ridley on December 30, 2021 at 3:21 pm

Dear Sean, My wife and I have enjoyed your video over the past few years. However, I’m sorry to say that you just lost a subscriber after we watched this video last night. You deeply offended my wife who has been a Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club associate for the past 18 years. I hope you realize that Wal-Mart is not the only retailer that has this policy in place, Home Depot being one of them… Please remember that there are good people trying to make a living serving others like you at the place you just slamed.

  46. Scott Snider on December 30, 2021 at 3:21 pm

Well as you know we were on the road traveling the country, we just got home last night after 10pm. I wish we could have meet you on our travels but such is life. I see one problem with that free spot, no water? We have gotten to the point were the wife needs a shower every night and power is good but with water better. Small story about our trip, in Yellowstone I lost my iPhone, yes it was like I lost a person in the family. Some nice (very nice) person found it and gave it to a ranger. Thanks to (Find my phone) I was able to know it was found and after contacting the rangers (on a Saturday too) we had to go back to Yellowstone and get it, it was broken but kind of working. The next day a Best Buy was able to repair it and we were on our way in now Twin Falls Idaho. Then in Southern Utah we lost a wheel and it hit another car but thankfully no one was hurt. Got it fixed and on the road again just to have the dust cover over the bearings come off. Tried two places before we got it fixed. Then going on the 15 south in Nevada we lost the cover again and found another place and they fixed right and we got home. Losing a wheel going down the freeway is scary! Well I am always happy to see your videos and love them all.

1: THANK YOU for the information re Dumas, TX!
2: I have to disagree with you re one way shopping aisles. Many people still refuse to wear a face mask when they’re out and about. A face mask protects OTHERS more than it protects the wearer. If all shoppers followed the one way arrows, there would be NO face to face "meetings". You would NOT have to worry about them coughing in your face. All shoppers really need to do is to KEEP TO THE SIDE of an aisle, ESPECIALLY when they stop to check a possible purchase (this seems to be an alien concept for MANY people). On the wider areas (like produce), people can usually keep a safe distance from other shoppers.
3: It looks like you were wearing a BANDANA as a face mask (while your S.O. had a proper face mask on). From what I’ve heard from sources like Dr Anthony Fauci and the CDC, BANDANAS are the LEAST EFFECTIVE type of face covering. Please consider upgrading to a better quality mask.
4: I too do not like having to "hit the road" early. I DO try (and am usually successful) in being "up and at ’em by the crack of noon 😉
Stay safe and healthy. Keep the useful information coming.
