This Groovy, Untouched 1970s Condo Was Up for Sale, and It’ll Take You Back to the Past

This Groovy, Untouched 1970s Condo Was Up for Sale, and It’ll Take You Back to the Past

Everywhere you look, patterned wallpaper plays havoc with your eyes. A huge, bright green circular couch waits to welcome guests, while bottles of vintage perfume line the bathroom walls. It’s like stepping straight onto a 1970s movie set – or, indeed, an Austin Powers-style spoof. But this apartment is real, and it was recently put up for sale.It was a built in 1972, which was an eventful year by all accounts. After all, the Watergate scandal was just kicking off, Jane Fonda toured Vietnam, and The Godfather was released into theaters. Could the construction of this glorious pad by added to that list?
