If I recall correctly….On The Lucy Show, The character Viv, played by Vivian Vance, was divorced with one son. The Lucy Show premiered in 1962. The Brady Bunch premiered in 1969. I wonder how come Viv on The Lucy Show was allowed to be divorced when it premiered 7 years earlier than The Brady Bunch and Carol was not allowed to be divorced?

I liked the Brady bunch. I sometimes watch it now (@63) and this is one of the better show from the era.Leave it to beaver was also a good one. The show always ended on a positive light.Batman, lost in space just to name a few. Are so lame that only a6 or 7 year old would have watched. I saw the very first Batman recently and was dumbfounded how GAY Aden West acted.

I have never been able to make sense of the outside of the house before the next scene, usually after adverts. I’m not sure if anyone else is confused by the fact that the house looked one story but when inside the house has a basement a huge flight of stairs to the second floor and then we can’t forget the attic 🤔 and don’t forget the den room ! 😡 ffs 🤦🏼♂️ how many stories did this one level house have hidden in itself! I’m sorry but it’s been bugging me for years and I’m trying to figure it out !

I used to live in Studio City, California near the Brady Bunch house ( the outside used in the show) Several times while walking down the street I’d be stopped by tourists wanting to know where it was.

Thumbs down on Cousin Oliver. I was only 13 years old but I knew the character Cousin Oliver was a desperate ploy to save the show. His over-the-top hyjinks were more annoying than funny.
Maureen McCormick turned into a MAJOR CRACKHEAD. She’s Married now, but she did anything and everything for it. It’s in her book.

I never liked cousin Oliver in the series. Loved the show back then, though. Had a "crush " on Marsha.
Well the lawn wasn’t the ONLY thing artificial in that show. It was basically a 50’s domesitc comedy with 60’s-70’s clothes and furniture. Kids liked it but that’s about it.
Cousin Oliver is a national treasure.

One of the things about the Brady Bunch is obviously that they are the perfect family. well, nearly in a perfect world but if both parents were widows, then how come the children don’t talk much about their parent that has passed away as carols. Children are correct me if I’m wrong don’t talk much about their father and visiting his grave and the same with the boys how come they don’t talk about their mother or visit. Her grave is almost like they’ve completely wiped them out of their lives. I do remember though that I think Alice how to look after the three boys before he married, Carol..

There wasn’t a single blooper in this video. This was just a historical break down about the show. This was an odd factor that the executives of show didn’t include a toilet in the bathroom, so what you trying to tell your audience that that Brady family didn’t need to use the toilet. In my opinion that’s crazy. If you had shown a toilet none of the audience members would have complained about doing number 1 or number 2 these are traits of being a human being. Elimination is not a fault or something to ashamed of It’s necessary. Thanks for the memories.
