    Really clever solutions.

  2. Carol Hewett on November 23, 2021 at 11:30 am

Yuk!! You must have a separate sink for the bathroom no matter how tiny. Even RV regs require that.

  3. lea nimako on November 23, 2021 at 11:30 am

The sink in the bathroom I’m loving this idea I have is wonderful thank you keep that beautiful spirits that y’all have God bless

  4. Janina Fisher on November 23, 2021 at 11:31 am

Great video. Definitely a tub, but no sink necessary.

  5. Roger That on November 23, 2021 at 11:31 am

That was a fun tour. DEFINITELY a bathroom sink, attach a large bottle of water with a tap on it, just above a bowl, attach a hose to the bowl/sink drain going to a bucket so you can empty it..haha. I am so please to find your video. I need a shower in a house we will be selling soon, just couldn’t seem to make one fit. The tub is under a slanted roof. There just might be enough room for one of those oval metal stock tanks and a curtain. I’ll measure and see. Thanks for all the ideas.

Good video guys. Definitely a sink in the bathroom. I don’t need my shower/tub together with the toilet and sink but do need the sink with the toilet. I love your toilet/vanity, it is a great use of functional space for a girl.

  7. Jamy Pearson on November 23, 2021 at 11:32 am

I’m thinking no sink in the bathroom and I would love a tub, so I’m making that a priority! 🙂

  8. Linda Bishop on November 23, 2021 at 11:33 am

I would want a tub, shower and sink in my tiny house bathroom.

  9. Alicia L on November 23, 2021 at 11:39 am

shower and sink in the bathroom

  10. Vivian Ramsay on November 23, 2021 at 11:42 am

There is a toilet style that has a shallow sink with faucet on the top of the water tank. When the toilet is flushed, water that will eventually be the tank refill, is run up into the sink to allow for washing hands after ,then flows out the drain into the tank. Saw this in apartment homes in Japan which are often on the tiny house size due to density of population. Not sure if they are sold in the US but I imagine would be easy enough for a crafty person to fabricate!! So, yes to a sink in the bathroom!🤩

I’m am trying to build a tiny 1B within my house. And I’m trying to grapple with tiny house ideas to make the apartment as comfortable and cute for my traveling nurses who come and stay and go now.

I need a bathtub as I have fibromyalgia and showers physically hurt and take a lot out of me. I loved the one women’s tub where she sat down in it and leaned back. That is the perfect tub!

  13. Jayme Pittroff on November 23, 2021 at 11:44 am

    shower + bathroom sink

    Love watching these videos 👌

  15. Barb Steele on November 23, 2021 at 11:46 am

A Shower is a must, but a Tub/Shower combination makes it feel more like a home. Absolutely must have a vanity to store and use all things necessary to get ready in the morning!

  16. Charlton Vaughan on November 23, 2021 at 11:49 am

Wow. Wow. Wow! This video was a wonderful example of a tiny house. All of these great and varied ideas for bathrooms all tucked neatly into one video! Amazing. I love the fold down counter space in yer’alls tiny home. A vote for a sink in the bathroom and a shower/tub combo. After a long hike a soak is a good thing.

  17. Jessica Horn on November 23, 2021 at 11:50 am

100% team bathtub. No opinion on where the sink is as long as there’s one somewhere lol

  18. John & Maria Burns on November 23, 2021 at 11:50 am

I’ve been working on my Tiny House floor plan that I hope to build sometime in the next few years with a Bathroom plan that I think is great.
Its inspired by Japanese Bathrooms that I’ve seen from Japan and loved.
Three separate rooms: 1 a cubicle/stall like toilet. 2 a room with a sink and washing machine. 3 a wet-room with shower and bathtub.

In my experience it suuuuuucks having a nice relaxing bath… Then your partner or kids need to drop a bomb in the toilet (or if I have to when my partner is bathing).
The Japanese style bathroom solves that and other problems by separating the rooms and allows for 2 or more people to be utilising the space (technically this design could have 5 people at once, 1 in the toilet, two in the washroom and 2 in the wet-room).

Sure… It takes up more floor space than a typical single narrow room with a toilet, tiny sink and standing shower.
So its not for the smallest of Tiny Houses, unless you want to sacrifice kitchen or living space. But for moderate to large Tiny Homes, its fine.

I am all about the bath. I can take a shower or soak; best of both worlds; bathroom sink IN my bathroom for sure!

A sink and a shower/bathtub like I wouldn’t want to spit in the same sink as my dishes and the tub in your house is perfect im only 5’3 so i would be comfortable in there.

  24. Pam Nomadic Irish Rose on November 23, 2021 at 12:01 pm

I like having a sink in the bathroom it seems a bit more sanitary and I like a shower with the bathtub.

Make sure if you decide to epoxy your floors that you might have to change out your toilet at some point.

  45. Izzy A on November 23, 2021 at 12:24 pm

Bathtub and sink for sure! Though, if positioned readily, the faucet for the tub could also be used for and washing.

  46. Narmonious on November 23, 2021 at 12:25 pm

I love that outdoor shower 🚿

  47. Tina Berwa on November 23, 2021 at 12:26 pm

    I prefer a shower

  48. Indie Forte on November 23, 2021 at 12:26 pm

The penny flooring would have gone great with the tiny house that has the custom copper pipes.

  49. Bambi Harzott on November 23, 2021 at 12:27 pm

I Love the Japanese tub, but I couldn’t see it well because photographer didn’t go in there.

I say no sink in bathroom unless it is above tiolet tank.
Yes to tub in bathroom, so I can wash a dog in tub. Or soak my feet in tub.
If u get a big deep kitchen sink that is good enough.
    From Bambi.
