Lovely appartement you have a lot of tast
"I’ve pretty much mastered the art of living in tiny apartments"
Proceeds to damage murphy bed and fail at properly mounting his bike
I love your departáment is My dream departáment.
In Japan, Tokyo….
we call this luxury condo size. 🤭
dude, where did you get the tripod floor lamp?
Love it! But you can optimize the space if you get a wall-mounted cabinet desk. Which will have storage space inside of it to hide your monitors and supplies to the table top portion to keep your keyboard etc. in place and it will just look like a piece of art on the wall instead of an open desk space (super cheap on amazon) and you can get a rolling breakfast bar that has room for the stools underneath so your breakfast seating doesn’t have to be out and you Can have more eating space and you can use storage baskets or bins in your closet to double the storage space as well as hanging a shoe rack on the back of the door for additional items and if you had a pulldown projector or flat screen within your Murphy bed if you flip the way you sleep you can have a TV inside the Murphy bed for when you’re falling asleep. Just some ideas from a fellow space saving expert!💃
For me as a student, this is a huge Apartment o.o
2:20 It might be dumb for me to ask but maybe it wasn’t mounted on wall studs? If you did, my bad ahaha but if you didn’t, consider getting a stud finder to properly mount the bike rack. Cheers!
Bathroom?
I’d never pay 5k a month for that
He has so much floor space he could use,
I’m sure with a move around you could find a small dining table could be added
Hell no! NEW YORK no way!
I your kitchen is bigger than mine I live in the east village
What’s the name of that building?
Where’s the bath bud?
I’m probably the only person who feels this way, but I couldn’t have a murphy/pullout bed because I’d either a) have to move all the furniture out of the way before pulling it out, or b) just have a bunch of empty space there all the time instead, which would feel like unused dead space to me. I dunno. I’d rather have a permanent bed that can also double as storage (bins/etc underneath the bed). I guess it depends on the studio though, if there’s a really small amount of space I might reconsider, lol.
perfect for existential crisis
Great video! Passing this on… you can save more space using arm rest coffee tables 😉 I have faux bamboo ones that curve over the arm rest & lay out flat to keep couch clean when lounging & eating/drinking on it
now it is disgusting !!! lol😂😂😂
I seen apartment in NYC the bathroom be in the hallway
200 sqft studio 2 people and a dog
Looooooove and inspiring for me 🏡
great tour! i just posted a tour of a $1,448 rent stabilized studio in the east village
Love the setup! Where did you buy the three panel map?
I Live in downtown Manhattan At a one-room studio and I have lived there for about. a year no, and me being a photo editor and also working in an office downtown, there is not a lot of time being spent in that apartment. Because I wake up at around 5:30 is8h and arrive back at the apartment at about 8:30 ish. There is a lot of stuff to be done in New York City.
So he dinged the bed, the bike rack fell out the wall…😂😂 Darn dude what’s next
If you are still reading the comments Erik. I don’t know you, but this video gave me so much tips to help my girlfriend new apartment. She was getting sick. And i realized that Murphy beds exist.
And the mirror one is great. Love you man.

That bike rack looked like he literally just put in with just normal screws 😟
Is that tiny ? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I wish I could move out to 🗽 but I have to wait till the covid19 epedemic is over.
Looking into buying the same Murphy bed. What size is that? How is it holding up? I plan to have it up and down on a daily basis.
Cannot stop gazing at this studio: It doesn’t hurt that the tour guide is uber sexy. 🎩
Love the video! Passing this on… I got more closet space with things like these! Mountable pull out vallet adjustable rod wardrobe rails

Sweet
The soon i saw that you fuck up the bed i like the video, that wa on your mind the whole fucking day. Sorry bud
Just passing this on: more space for dishes & pans; Metaltex Sierra frying pan track… Put on counter or hang on the wall!
(squeezed the back to make more curved to fit my smaller plates & pot)

100% my style- mirrors, really big plats, soft and stylish carpet, very interesting and tasteful art works, cool ideas like the bicycle on the wall, great splashes of colour like the bronze- yellow sofa, very minimalistic but yet enough to have everything, that is needed. Also loads of good ideas to reduce space like the wardrobe bed or the hangig bicycle (possibilities, that are present for it, are used).
Tiny appartments are so cozy, when professionally furnished. Great work!!!
All you would need is a futon bed where that couch is.
