TIPS on a Mood Board for a Luxury Spacious Minimalist Apartment | Modern House Tour | InteriorDesign

Welcome to DESIGN SEED! This episode we are going to share with you how we turn a 2400sqft condo into a modern minimalist home.

In this project, Nu Infinity emphasizes on the concept of minimalist and modern and we can see how a cold marble and warm timber could merge into one space. A simple mood board that compiles the colour scheme and material selection would certainly help with making the home feel correlated as a whole.

  2. Angel on January 28, 2022 at 3:50 pm

What would be the price range for this scale/style of renovation?

  3. Y2 Krashman on January 28, 2022 at 3:51 pm

The design is very slick, considering the humble roots. It’s akin to a suite from a high-end hotel.

Piece of crap design. Hope this is not a representation of their design foundation. Does the owners intend to remove their shoes and wet gear in the "FRONT" door layout and carry them to wherever to store in the apartment? Space is a premium in an apartment, does the owners/friends think of removing their shoes and wet apparel outside the apartment while standing? Marble is a slippery material when wet if anyone wants to test it out in their socks or feet.

Love the floating top, baby blue colours and the marble feature wall. Another great episode.

I think you should make before and after photos at a fixed angle so that our brain can process the design that happening.

  43. Dado Design on January 28, 2022 at 4:33 pm

Why did’t you include plants in the design? Having in mind the huge amount of space that you had; plus they make the space feel much more natural

  44. Rogue Trader on January 28, 2022 at 4:40 pm

Out of all the videos about luxury and minimalistic homes, yours would have to be the best and most informative. Thankyou.

Designwork is great but the music is very distracting. Suggest you have no music or very quiet music, no percussion.
